Unfortunately i can say nothing good about this cause they couldn't installed any cameras

Third party was the absolute worse to do this job. They ended up putting holes in my ceiling, just a very bad experience. I highly recommend find your own help or workers to do any job for you.

The agents from the geek squad were great. Did the install, checked to make sure everything was installed correctly and was working correctly, Also cleaned up all the mess before leaving. All were very knowledgeable, fun and polite to work with.

I am very happy with the swann wired security cameras that we have. Very clear recordings. I definitely would recommend them to people and I have already .

Subcontractors sent for install and wires up the outside of house. Looks like a spiderweb! After having security system removed from Best Buy they still have wires left on house! Horrible and disgusting.

Just what I needed to get ease of mind, while away or at work.

They used a 3rd party instead of geek squad. I have exposed wires. Busted siding on my house. Left a mess at every camera install. Broke one of the cameras. Extremely disappointed!

paying 4 item ang installers have been no show 7x til this day 10/18/21 still no installations and no call back I'm frustrated n upset for lack of compliance.

I had to move furniture and other things for them to install these cameras. for FOUR days in a row I moved furniture to get set up for their arrival , Each day they called up and canceled. After four days of this I got MAD, and cancelled the deal. I called Best Buy to see what they were going to do about this situation , and they were not concerned, I will not deal with Best Buy AGAIN!!! And they do not care!!. I have bought a lot of stuff from Best Buy, Never Again!!! They do not care about my business!

Tech came and install my cameras on little time it’s a good team

The tech spent most of the day in a very hot attic installing these cameras and did an excellent job. The cameras have a clear picture and function as advertised.

The guys Best Buy contracted to install my system were clueless... I’m just upset because after seeing what they did, I could have installed them myself... I practically walked them thru the installation process.. if your house is pre wired, save your money and install it your self

Best Buys Geek Squad installed the Swann security system which included nine high definition cameras each with audio. They did an excellent job, system works great. They had to do the install running cables in a very hot attic during the summer. They were very friendly and helpful. Before leaving they made sure the system was up and running without any problems.

Horrible, canceled my appointments 3 times and continued to reschedule it and kept canceling it. I was forced to cancel my purchase even though I really wanted the cameras because of the uncertainty. Now what bestbuy?????

Ed- has excellent customer service. Knowledge based on 10 years of experience and it showed! Service of installation of the outside security camera went fast and done so well. Thank you Best Buy!!!!!

We thought it was going to take a while, but the agent that came set everything up without a problem. Quick, clean, neat and fully functional! We highly recommend this if you have a 2 story home, and are afraid to do it because of that!

Our totaltech team installed the Swann System when they did the installation of the doorbell. Once again Teddy and Braxton have proven to be the go to guys. They were patient and respectful with all our questions. We are very technically challenged.
