We thought it was going to take a while, but the agent that came set everything up without a problem. Quick, clean, neat and fully functional! We highly recommend this if you have a 2 story home, and are afraid to do it because of that!

They used a 3rd party instead of geek squad. I have exposed wires. Busted siding on my house. Left a mess at every camera install. Broke one of the cameras. Extremely disappointed!

The agents mounted my tv, mounted the doorbell, mounted the cameras and installed the mesh wifi. They were amazing and went above and beyond to make sure everything worked. Highly professional group.

the agents did not mount the camera. They never open the box to try they said they could not run the wires in my Attic. Again they never open the box to try.

paying 4 item ang installers have been no show 7x til this day 10/18/21 still no installations and no call back I'm frustrated n upset for lack of compliance.

Horrible, canceled my appointments 3 times and continued to reschedule it and kept canceling it. I was forced to cancel my purchase even though I really wanted the cameras because of the uncertainty. Now what bestbuy?????

The first time BestBuy sent installers out they were only wireless camera installers and couldn't do our wired camera installation.
The second time the wired installers came out but said they couldn't work on two-story houses (which there are a lot of). The third time was supposed to be canceled but instead a different pair of wired installers should up who also couldn't do anything except by showing up way too early before we were ready.
Just a complete waste of time and money. They second installers said they would ask for a Home Advisor to come out and based on our house and what we want covered give a recommendation as to what system to buy that they could install. Still waiting to here from someone.

I purchased this service thinking the installer would conceal the wiring for the cameras through the walls. When he arrived he said he doesn't do that and I would have to hire a technician to come out and install outlets by each outdoor camera and then he could come back and plug them in. Why would I need someone to come and plug in the cameras at that point? I returned the service.
