ZERO Actually this one purchase convinced me to cancel my membership The worst interaction with any store the contractor called me 10 minutes to expiration of appointment to ask me if I could change the date when i said NO he said they dont do wired installation I did not put any star The guy who helped when i came to get my money back was exceedingly helpful and pleasant but I will not come to BEST BUYS anymore and have told family memebers some were aware I was waiting for the Install i DONT WANT YOUR POINTS KEEP THAT CRAP

The crew that services my account in regards to installation are superb. They are expeditious, thoughtful, professional and have never left my home without completing their tasks. I look forward to welcoming them again in the future.

The agent was very honest with us - we had booked the install only to find out the camera we bought will not work. I appreciate the tech's honesty and willingness to reschedule at no charge, once we bought the correct camera

I was able to get a weekend appointment which was handled by a contractor. The contractor was very friendly and helpful. She made sure I was able to use and all the functions of the system after installing it and before she left. This was great since I'm only off on weekends and I didn't have to miss a day of work.

No no no. Bad experience. The Geek Squad didn't even try to install the system I had purchased. It's easier to install a wireless system and that is why they brought one along. I had to find another company to install my Swann 4K system.

The 3rd party contractors are horrible and don’t have the proper credentials. The cameras didn’t work due to the lack of skill from the vendor.

Very bad experience with the third party company. Best Buy sends 3rd party company to install the cameras who does know how to install the cameras. Damaged my property. Came late every time.

I purchased some cameras Night Owl which I like but never got the install. I was told the the geek squad does not install unless cameras are wireless. not sure if I ever even got reimbursed for that.

They were polite, on time, very knowledgeable, and cleaned up after their job. We were very pleased with these guys

Cameras installed professionally and all worked as expected. Technician ensured Wi-Fi connected correctly and spent time to teach how to access and use the available features.

Excellent and prompt service. Tech John arrived at 8am sharp, installed the 8 camera system within 4hrs. He was attentive and answered all of my questions about the install, camera placement and DVR setup

Eric and Robert did an excellent job installing the cámaras they were fast and even offered suggestions on where the cameras would look great. I would definitely recommend this team to anyone very professional.

at first everything looked ok. Within time my internet was not working properly when I called the cable company regarding my
internet he notice that the cable was cut and taped. How did it happened? The only thing was that the guy who installed the cameras cut the cable for the internet and never notified me on he had done! Why do I know it was the installer cause he was working in the area where the internet cable is located and we never had issues with the internet .

The installer was easy to coordinate with scheduling the camera install, and was very professional. He came out twice - 1x for an estimate and see how much wire was needed, then 2nd time for day install.
