poor system, had to return it. Too hard for the work and too difficult to use. No follow up with the technicians.

I was unhappy with the installation company provided by Best Buy. They did a horrible work.

Excellent product knowledge and attention to detail installing my Lorex security camera system. Everything works as expected and clean install on all points.

Tech did a great job under very stressful circumstances. My only complaint is that a $400 system should come with a manual. It is very hard to figure out and for that amount, I should not have to print almost 50 pages myself.

Rep installed on a Wednesday. Promised to return Friday to show me how it worked. He never returned. Never contacted me.

Both Geek Squad tech servicemen were very professional and completed the job of installing the cameras & setting up system efficiently.

The Best Buy representative did a review of my needs for security at my home, and helped me understand that I would be better off with a different product. He taught me about home security. I feel smarter after we talked. He was very generous with his time and knowledge

Starter camera system for a small home. Good coverage.

With as many negative reviews that I saw I was Leery with this but surprisingly they did a great job. I think it depends on where you live because they contract it out.

MasTec did not complete camera install. Agent showed up late and worked only an hour before going to lunch then never came back to connect cameras to cctv system to make them live. Also made fake survey saying I was happy with what he did and I'm very unhappy. Agent refused to come back to finish the job so now I have to go through many hassles to find someone else to complete my install while wondering if my camera will be stolen that were not properly installed by this company.

The young man that installed these was courteous and most helpful. he placed all 6 cameras on two separate visits. he took his time and made sure we understood how everything worked. He was excellent and i hope someone let someone else know

The installer was very knowledgeable and placed the cameras in idea places that provide better security.

Josh was on time and was exceptionally careful in everything he did, He took my existing mess away and replaced it with a very neat installation of six security cameras. He patiently answered all of my questions.

They did not show up. I sat here waiting for over eight hours. Second time.

Non-Geek Squad agent took over 5 hours to work this job, but still did not complete the job. He broke one of the cables that came with the system, had to re-run another cable, but then only 3 of the 4 cameras were functional after all this. He promised to come back out the following Tuesday and fix the last camera, but never showed back up and did not return any of our calls. We had to work with Best Buy to get them to send out another technician, but not for another 2-3 weeks later. They sent out a Geek Squad agent this time, and that worked out fine. Recommend only if Geek Squad is doing the work.

Installers for our new security cameras were on time and very knowledgeable. They did a very neat job of installing and left no mess.

He arrived on time and greeted everyone with a friendly smile. He spend time listening to what I want done and help me understand how my new system works. I really felt he showed up ready for the job. Thank you very much.
