They never came I’ve had this appointment for 2 1/2 months and they kept rescheduling everything week and the last week of the 2 1/2 months then told me to get wireless cameras cause they don’t wired but when buying cameras they said they do then they wanted to send a site survey and reschedule twice so I canceled and used cat5 to install cameras

We purchased a wired camera system and knew we didnt really know what we were doing so we paid for Geek Squad to install it. The Geek Squad guy came and did a great job.

This is the sixth location I have had security cameras installed at. Every time I have used geek squad and have no issues at all. Completely professional.
They never came out to install our wired cameras!!

They never came out to install cameras. They rescheduled our appointment so many times we just gave up and told them to not worry about coming out to install we would do it on our own. Do not put on our account that your service was completed because it was not!!!! Would not recommend to anyone!!!

Still not installed. Not sure it ever will be. Big sad. Multiple visits, no action.
