Service is great. The contractor that came to perform the Install they we're not so great. Fortunately we had to reschedule our Install and was sent a different technician. He was awesome.

They never came out to install cameras. They rescheduled our appointment so many times we just gave up and told them to not worry about coming out to install we would do it on our own. Do not put on our account that your service was completed because it was not!!!! Would not recommend to anyone!!!

My cameras still do not work. I have called multiple times get This re. scheduled and get people out every time they get out. It does not get fixed correctly.

We purchased a wired camera system and knew we didnt really know what we were doing so we paid for Geek Squad to install it. The Geek Squad guy came and did a great job.

The agents swapped out my old security system and replaced it with a new 4K system. What a difference. The new system puts the old one to shame.
