I've had to relocate the unit or disconnect and reconnect to a wall outlet a few times to find and keep a good signal. Otherwise, I'm very happy with the product. It extends my wi-fi signal to my living room at the other end of house and to an outdoor area which were dead zones before.

I have tried several times to set it up, following the "easy to use step by step" instructions. I'm waiting for my tech savy son to come and help, because I can't get it to work. so far, it is a paper weight and a waste of money. NOT EASY TO SET UP.

All of them have sometimes dropped service in the areas where they had service just a few min ago. After a while (time varies) the service is available again.

After reading several positive reviews I purchased. Installation and configuration was fairly straightforward. The first 2 days the product delivered as hoped. On the 3rd day we were unable to access the internet on any device, anywhere in our home. Finally after unplugging (disabling) the WIFI extender I was back to normal.

Based on the scenario you have described, we recommend relocating the Range Extender to a position in your home where your router's Wi-Fi signal is still adequate, and the Range Extender's 2.4G and 5G LEDs are solid green. This will allow the Range Extender to repeat a stronger Wi-Fi signal.

Very happy with it and would definitely recommend. Runs on both 2.4 and 5 GHz concurrently.

If you’re experiencing difficulty connecting the extender to your router, we recommend setting up the device in the same room as your router, then relocating it after setup is complete. We also suggest re-verifying your router’s Wi-Fi password during setup, or if using the WPS setup method, ensuring the WPS process is performed in the correct order. The extender’s “RE” or “Wi-Fi Indicator” LEDs will help you determine which position in your home is ideal.

If you haven't noticed a significant improvement in Wi-Fi coverage after installing the extender, we recommend relocating the unit to a position in your home where the router's Wi-Fi signal is sufficiently strong; yet far enough from the router to effectively extend its range. Please verify the “RE” status LED is indicating a solid connection.
