Tone is good. The only problem I have is selecting a caller from my call list via voice command

Overall Good, but buggy.

I have had this unit for about two years. It is a great concept, but Parrot has not made substantial improvements to the quality of the software, or the quality of user experience. It is very buggy. About 50% of the time, the unit will miscue on commands and functionality. When calling for audio for youtube, for example, the unit will start playing a song from the song library. Occasionally, the unit will just start playing a song for no reason. Software updates are available, but the software upgrades do not seem to solve the problems with functionality. Additionally, the unit has a hard time trying to decide which device to sync with. Sometimes when I try to cue audio on my iPhone, my iPad will play a song.
All in all, knowing what I know now, I would still buy the Parrot because I haven't been able to find very many alternatives in the built-in handsfree arena.
I wish they would improve on the experience of their handsfree products instead of focusing on toy helicopters.

I must say that I was very excited about buying this product for my mother for Christmas. When I called about installation I was told that I needed additional parts before they could schedule installation. I have been looking for the part for two days. I am very disappointed.

I had the MKi 9000 in my 2006 Odyssey for quite some time. I just sold the car and I'm ordering a new unit to have installed in the new vehicle. I work in on the road sales and I won't be without a hands free system again!
