Parrot PF300008AA Car Hands-free Kit - Wireless - Bluetooth
A: I have used a Samsung Note 3, Samsung Galaxy 7 edge and a few other phones without any connection issues. As for the connection, I purchased a third party wire harness kit to make the installation a breeze. You do not need to purchase the additional wire harness kit, but it makes the installation 10 times easier and faster.
A: Sound coming from car stereo sounds good, but tends to be on the lower side. I usually have to increase the volume when I am on the phone.

Q: Can this be used in older model cars
A: I had this Parrot on my 2009 Ford Taurus SEL and it worked fine. I could answer my iPhone by vocal command or pushing the green button. I could easily play iHeart radio through my original car radio. I could easily swap between iHeart and AM radio. I could recall that last dialed call by holding the green button for 2 seconds. Voice dialing worked most times for my most frequently called numbers. However, I have such a large "Rollodex" of numbers that I rarely use, but want to keep these contacts for historical and perhaps infrequent use. Unfortunately, my 'voice command' will attempt to dial the wrong person because of a similar name. That is the only frustrating part of its use. If I could put those phone numbers in an archival (not accessible by Parrot) "box" that would be perfect. I just bought another 2009 Ford Taurus (but with 105,000 miles less) and will have a new one installed.
