This game features 2 modes 16 bit or current gen graphics that render hand drawn animation. Definitely worth having in a game collection as it is a revisit of the classic version from the previous generation of gamer. Hence the 16 bit option of WonderBoy. Challenging game for any gamer with a high level of fun.

It's a really fun game, and the hand-drawn aesthetic is awesome. There's a ton of extra chests to find as well, so there's a fair amount of gameplay depending on how much you want to collect. Can be somewhat difficult at times, but it was a great game nonetheless.

Wonder Boy and the Dragon's Trap is a remake of a Master System game. Amazingly, the game allows you to play with old and new graphics, and the gameplay still holds up. Highly recommended.

Wonder Boy is a classic game and this remake is just best. The gameplay is smooth and great! The visuals are beautiful! I think this is easily one of the best Switch games to play in hand handle mode.

This is a remake of Wonder Boy 3 on the sega master system. They updated the graphics, but you can switch to the retro graphics as well. Overall this is a great little game and I recommend it!

You can switch from old 8-bit graphics to new cartoon style graphics on the fly. The gameplay is very reminiscent from older style gaming systems. It just looks really great.

it was my suggestion for my child. did not want it at first but after getting it it was played all weekend and completed in a few days. after that i was told it was a fun game. i have not looked at it so this is my child's assessment

I never played the original Wonder Boy, but this is a beautiful looking game. This is a remake done right and still holds up today. It was a fun and different game to explore. Would recommend this to anyone who enjoys old school style games.

I'm glad games like this still get made. This game brings back great memories, seeing it in HD makes me jealous of gaming kids these days take for granted.

This is a really fun game. You can choose between a male and female lead character. You can also switch between retro and the new style, which is really neat too.

This was an old SEGA Master System game that few have probably ever played. The gameplay still holds up well and the art has been modernized and looks fantastic.

It was a great game on the Sega Master System and it's even better on the Switch. I love that you can alternate the graphics between modern and 8 bit.

This game is an awesome 2-D platformer with a retro twist the graphics are beautiful but if you would rather use pixel style you can do that too!

Love that you can play both the modern remake and the old-school classic. Great artwork and music. Also has great physical goodies.

The hand drawn graphics are amazing and the game has great depth, it's not just a simple 2d platformer as theres actually alot to this game.

Great Retro game from the Sega Mega drive. The new graphics are great and also the option to play with the original graphics is very neat as well.

I loved this classic game on the old SEGA Master System and now it got a whole new face-lift for the new generation! Classic gaming at its best!
