These were advertised as sound-isolating/noise-blocking, but they don't seem to perform much in this way. Otherwise, they're fine. I don't have expertise in music or sound quality, so the sound may be better than what I'm reporting.

These are decent, but you can probably get better headphones for the money. I have a problem where they fall out of my ears, often.

I've never written a review before, but these deserve it. I picked these up for $12. I just got them today, so they haven't burned in much yet, but so far these are amazing. I won a pair of Skullcandy Ink'd at big Als, and these blow them out of the water. They come with a microphone and on the microphone you can click it once for pause/play, twice for forward, three times for backwards which I didn't know it had. It comes with 4 different sizes of tips for your ears. I ended up putting on the pair from my Sony MBR's that broke since they feel the best. It comes with the clips off which I like. They are a little difficult to put on, but I don't like them on anyways. Nice Lows, Mids, and Highs. Deep bass which is good for people like me who like a lot of bass. I would definitely recommend these to everyone.

These headphones were as advertised--fit great in my ear right out of the box (obviously more because of my ear size than anything). Sound was on par with some Klipsch and Sennheiser earbuds I've had in past (and purchased for around the same amount of money). The cord is made of shoe-lace type material and seems more durable than most but i can't say for sure yet (only have had them a month). The cord does get oddly tangled and crimped and is a bit more rigid but doesnt effect anything.
The issue i had with them was related to iphone and ipod. After about a week of daily use I noticed the volume on my ipod would independently decrease on its own down to a very low level. Using the device (and/or the headphone microphone) to increase it back up was futile. I would end up just playing the device on very low and/or hard resetting the device but at some point this continued to occur. Woodees customer service was as helpful as possible but kept pointing to ipod/hardware issues and sending me links to ipod issues noted online where is was apparant that something was off with headphone since it occured with the iphone too (actually wouldnt even work with iphone and froze my volume at one bar). Sounds like an anomaly with these since i've seen nothing on it online. But they continue to work great with any non apple product i own. Just can't figure out where they went wrong. Hard to necessarily recommend them but again i had an odd experience.

Not the best pair of headphones I've owned

First thing that I noticed was that the cord is really thin and seems fragile, compared to most headphones. The sound is really good for the price, but overall I wouldn't buy another pair since they only lasted me two months before the right ear stopped working.

Definitely shopped around before deciding on a pair. These Woodees are not letting me down. I use them during my daily bike commute and also as a hands free set with my iphone. Sound quality and comfort are great. They come with four different sizes of ear buds which made for the perfect fit. Definitely recommend them! But also, be smart and purchase Best Buy's Black Tie Protection Coverage. You never know when electronics are going to junk out on you. Two-year replacement policy, can't beat it.

After using this product for a couple of weeks i have a few things to say about these. First off the various size earbud adapters that come with these headphones, none of them fit very comfortably. Second thing is the microphone makes me sound like i am underwater or far away.
The one saving grace is that headphones do have great sound quality.

I've owned these for a little over a year now. It is a very good value for it's price.
I love the look of wooden earbuds, but more then that the sound. I have these, an Altec Lansing MUZX MHP300, and a Skullcandy Holua. Of the three this is my favorite.
1. Fitment: The cord is thin but surprisingly rigid. This is actually a negative. Being so firm makes it stiff and when turning my head the earbuds can loosen from or pop out of my ear, which is irksome because it needs to be fully in an angled slightly to sound perfect. The mic is awesome. People I talk to can hear me clearly. The minus is that the mic has cheap rubber covers which keep coming off the mic and sliding up and down the wire. Come on man!!!
2. Sound: I noticed sounds I didn't hear with other earbuds. Instruments that weren't there before, I never heard before or were subdued reveal themselves in subtle ways. Overall, everything is present and alive.
The treble is searing and clear as crystal, though it can get tiresome after listening for an hour or two, so I prefer to set my iPhone equalizer to either Bass Booster or Treble Reducer. Mids are rich. The bass is what originally disappointed me when I first listened. I wanted to return it as soon as I put them in my ear and just accept my iPhone earbud for what it was. I continued to use them for a few days, and was surprised that by the fourth day, it sounded like the bass had sneaked into these earbuds. I started to notice bassline runs and how the strength of the bass drum had intensified. These earbuds definitely blossom with speaker break-in! Fitment is also key to having the bass sound as good as it can.
It is my second favorite earbud I own (second only to my new set of Sol Republic Amp HD's). On the box it reads "Deep rich bass", and I have to agree. These are for the audiophile, not bassheads. It has the best sound quality of any earphone I've owned.

DO NOT BUY

1. When I first put these in, I noticed a buzzing clicking noise. It never stopped.
2. They're huge headphones that fall out of your ears if you so much as turn your head
3. These headphones don't pick up high pitched noises, so if you like techno, or pop music, then you'll be disappointed.
It's been two months of gentle use and I'm about to throw them out, here's why. If I so much as move these, they somehow launch Itunes no matter what I'm doing. And the right headphone died.
Do not buy these!
