Waited a long time for this game. Completely worth the wait. Played almost all on Xbox One X and a couple hours on Xbox One S. The damage model is awesome with the soft mod damage model. Playing on realistic damage is the only way I play (unless on the defaulted Normal online). Cars take damage so fast and drivers create so many unexpected and amazing wrecks. They are not forgiving to you. There is no give and take. Wreckfest includes some fairly tough challenges in the career mode. It consists of racing difficulties of Novice, Amateur, and Expert and each increased level raises the level of difficulty and competition. If you are a fan of Xbox Achievements, most should be very obtainable, it just depends on how often and long you play the game to get them. There are some upgrades to get for vehicles along with armor options. Changing colors of the vehicles along with some devs paint schemes are included and unlockable as you play. There are quite a few tracks to choose to race on, with the locations having multiple iterations of tracks. Each track provides their having its own style of how to race and how to tune your vehicle. Want to try to maintain better durability and take out some vehciles but sacrifice some of your speed? Then armor up. Want to try to pull away from the pack and hope to avoid all of the collisions and the RIP cars sitting in your way? Then get your car upgrades and tune to your liking. Just starting at the start/finish line, chaos will start to ensue, both offline and online. The game can be absolutely brutal and absolutely beautiful and sometimes make you want to pull your hair out. Watching what you do to your opponents, what your opponents do to other drivers, or what your opponents do to you can be Punishing, Gratifying, Rewarding, and/or Satisfying.

This game is hands down the best demolition racing game that has been made. The racing is intense and all out crazy! If a demolition racing game is what you’re looking for WRECKFEST IS IT!!

The game is a lot better than expected. It’s super fun and would recommend.

This isnt your typical racer. If your looking for arcade fun and tons of destruction like the old school destruction derby, then this will be right up your alley.

Great game would have given 5 stars but still not able to access the season pass you get with the deluxe addition!!
