The game could use a lot of improvements with the computer, and some of the controls, like the view changing. Everything else, like the matches, and characters they have are good. But they need to cange the high-flyers. That roll move they have is so cheap. If people keep using it, its unfair to the other people that have to chase the guy. But i hope 2009 is better.

This game has never been the same since it's N64 days. It is now an arcade style race to be the first one to use your special move which pretty much guarantees you a win. Minimal amount of available moves so plan on using the same ones over and over again. A lot of the wrestlers moves look the same like they tweaked them a tiny bit for each wrestler. You basically push the right stick in one of the four directions to perform one of the four grappling moves. Repeat this until your meter is full so you can perform your wrestlers' special move and then either pin your opponent or make him submit. It does have decent graphics and sound and a fair amount of wrestlers. Rent only

This game sucks. I think the controls are messed up becuase they made it more difficult to run, grapple, and basicly play the game. Now I am a wwe fan and I have all of the smackdown games from just bring it untill sd vs raw 07. In all honesty this game is by far the worst sd that I have ever played. If you want a good sd game get the older versions they are way better.

I was really disapointed with this game. Its a waste of money. the only diference between the this and 2007 is ECW. Thats it, the same moves, and same match types. The cool new thing is online play, but most of the time it lags. overall Its not worth it save yourself $60 and not buy it.

WWE Raw v.s. Smackdown 2008 is a game to put on your wish list, if you don't have already. But as I said the controls are the only flaw I have noticed. Mainly because the analog sticks combined with the control buttons gets very confusing and difficult. But the game makes up for that thanks to the awesome ECW superstar line-up and Extreme Rules match. Once again this will be a WWE game's best seller.

this game is awesome but i wish that alot more wrestlers were on it and i wish that sum tag teams were on it like the brothers of destruction or legion of doom and a bunch of the classic teams but any way that game is the best and i cant wate to get it -skata p.s. only 7 more days until November 13

its a good game,althogh 09 is better but if u want wwe action for half the price for the ps3 buy this its 2nd best dont cut it dude its better than tna because wwe rocks if ur a wwe diehard fan surely buy it

The graphics of this game are sick, the story line is great as well as creating your own characters and entrances. You get to customize your own the way you want to, if you want someone elses entrance you can. The fighting styles are great, my husband and i are hooked on this. It is a absolute must have for the PS3 console.

All out I thing the gameplay is fun and challenging but like years past the storylines are somewhat repitionous.

This game looks and sounds great...but that's about all I can say about it. It's tedious and boring and I actually found it quite difficult. All you do is walk around (slowly, I might add) and beat the cr@p outta people. Zzzzz! For $60 it's just not worth it...unless you're a diehard WWE junkie perhaps.

Well i bought this game and just to leave it short the Story mode in the game was repetitive i felt like i was playing it over and over again, I wasn't so interested to play the season mode again after i beat it thats how boring i found the Mode" 60$? Not worth it don't waste your money on this unless you really Love WWE Games then thats all You, But if Not Pass on it.

this game has good graphics, accurate moves, and everything else you can say about a good game. It is awesome! (it's easier to control without wireless.)

I love the SVR series so much. I think it is the best for the Playstation3. It's better than the 360 and the wii!!! I would recomend this game to anyyone. I am definetly getting this game!!!

It is the best you can play all new story mode and you can play as ecw smackdown and raw. I will give it a 100 stars if i can get the game.
