When I first bought this game I thought it was gonna be buggy and laggy, but when I played it, it was really fun. loved the showcase, the modes, and the my faction. What I really loved about this game was that u can create and download characters, who thought u would see Peter griffin fighting Homer Simpson.

WWE 2K is back after taking a year off, and this game is being hyped as finally being improved. I would say don't fall for the hype. It is still the same buggy game with an outdated roster. Half of the wrestlers here are either fired by WWF or working for different companies now. There are a lot of mid card, NXT, and 205 Live cruiserweights. Show this game to any casual wrestling fan and you'll immediately get the "who are half of these people?" comment. New controls are unnecessarily complicated. R2+X is finisher. R2+Square is signature. If you want to do a springboard dive, hold L1 before you press attack. You can move your opponent around in certain ways with L1 plus directions, or pick them up and carry them in certain ways with R1 plus directions. You can reverse with Triangle, or sometimes reverse a move if you press Square or X at the right time. There's a bar on the UI for signature moves, a separate one for finishers, a separate one for your health. Moves still have weak looking impacts. Worst of all there are still the goofy glitches and bugs that everyone makes jokes about. Ironically if this had been their usual yearly release my attitude would probably be "yeah, another WWE game", but they created this hype by taking the year off and saying they would do better. I bought the game because I wanted to show support that they were willing to do that. But it's still not fixed. This series deserves a total redo or for the license to be passed to a new game developer.

Bought this after watching a family member play it. Mix of classic and modern wrestlers and good amount of modes to play. Definitely fun.

A great WWE wrestling game! It has a big roster and lots of unlockables! Very is to play with the new game mechanics!

Purchased for a kids present. So far they like it. They did say the controls are different than the other versions so it was a little bit of a learning curve. Purchased for ps4

So far, my son and I are enjoying family gaming with WWE 2K22. Limited because we're not big gamers and getting used to the playability. But still fun.

Love the fact they brought back my GM Mode, enjoy my rise and of course universe mode

Well after almost 2 years of being stuck with WWE 2K20 Deluxe edition I am back to give another review. My review from 2K20 is still there and I can’t believe how right I was with that horrible game. Let me start by saying…WWE 2K22 is HERE!!!!! I got the deluxe edition and so far I am saying ITS WORTH EVERY DIME! I mentioned in my 2K20 review that I am an 80s baby and I die hard fan of both WWE Live tv shows and the video games. I’m a stickler for looking to the game to Mimic the live product! IMPROVEMENTS: -Superstars look 20x better than 2K20 -Universe Mode is done right and completely revamped no glitches (MY FAVORITE MODE) -GM mode compliments Universe Mode nicely -Titles have been touched up nicely and the Universal Title looks better than it does on live TV -The women hair is not perfect but still wayyyyy better than 2K20 -Arena’s are carefully crafted to appear like live television and the camera angles, crowds, signs and lighting is simply MAGNIFICENT! -Creative suite/alternate attires doesn’t glitch and normal matches can be played without freezing up -There’s always something to unlock in the game even with season pass (Dominic Mysterio). PLEASE BUY WWE 2K22! This game is awesome, I’m glad I waited after WWE2k20 because this game was worth the wait.

Great game, improvement from previous 2K20 game! Still a few bugs but nothing major. Graphics look amazing!
