Cleans so much better than any vacuum and hose I've ever used. Honestly wish I bought this a few years ago.

We have only had this a few weeks but so far it is working great. It was easy to charge and there was no assembly to the robot itself. It has collected debris from the bottom of our pool well.

Wybot doesnt honor warranty & BEST BUY doesnt care

So i bougth this from Best Buy. It worked amazing cleaned my pool great for six weeks. Then the on off button stopped working. Called Wybot customer service who tolk me go to best buy. Best buy said they have nothing to do with manufacturers warranty, i went home and called WYBOT back they took my name and number and said someone would call. Went online to WYBOT and also filled out a ticket for the issue. After 6 calls fom me to WYBOT and multiple emails no callback just run arounds. WYBOT HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY DONT HONOR THERE OWN 1 yr warranty. Best BUY you should stop selling this and leving your customers stranded. Im sure you got a cut of this. And no im out. Do not buy WYBOT.
