Apocalypse is the first mutant in history. After being in a coma like sleep for a thousand years, he is awoken. Disappointed with the state of the world during his disappearance, he forms a powerful team of mutants and decides to shape the world more to his liking. Unfortunately, in order for him to accomplish this, he must fight the X-men.

another good movie the story is alittle soft,but the acting and visuals are very good,for yet another xmen movie...it still has something to offer,if marvel ever got involved it work be great,but the franchise isn't doing to bad without them...here to more xmen movie in the future

Although the director singer insist in destroying the X men mythology and chose a horrible cheap make up for Isaac, who is also not the best choice to play the legendary villain, the movie is a pretty entertaining piece. By the way, quicksilver should have his own movie.

jean grey jokes in the movie after they see return of the jedi how the third is always the worst, well that one was not the worst in the series and neither is this one, like in the star wars series that one was the best and this one is the best of this series so far.

The legacy of the X-Men continues with this tremendous action-filled clash. Anyone who loves the comics and the characters, will absolutely love this film. I can't recommend this film enough. Get it!

It's hard to go wrong with an X-Men movie even though the actors/actresses change every few years. The purple all powerful mutant in this movie was just too over the top. He wasn't scary either. All other characters were true to their roles, and Wolverine as Weapon X was a nice and gruesome surprise.

I have to say that I enjoyed this latest installment of the X-MEN franchise. I love the origin story and how it relates to today's characters. As usual, expect plenty of action and cgi special effects. Worth the money to complete my set.

The movie is good. I feel apocalypse was somewhat of an “ok” representation of the X-men villains. Although all the characters new I feel we’re done well. As for this version there is no features really, but the added digital content (iTunes option) is an excellent bonus.

This is another series of stories in the beginning of the life of the X-Men. There is a bit to much CGI in the movie. All the actor has to do is stand still and the graphics are around the person in motion. So to get the whole story you would have to see this movie.

X-men: Apocalypse was another good installment in this franchise. Yeah, it wasn't as strong as the first two but it was still good. And I loved the introductions of young Cyclops, Jean Grey and Nightcrawler. Let's just say I hope the new movie is the Dark Phoenix

I avoided this installment in the X-Men series because the critics panned it. Fortunately my cousins and his boys saw it and advised me that it was a decent flick. Liked the introduction of new characters and the effects were excellent as usual.

The new cast is outstanding; and while I do feel a bit sad that the original cast's time as Storm, Jean, and Cyclops have come to an end, this cast has breathed new life into the characters! Alexandra Shipp and Sophie Turner both blew me away.

I know reviews are mixed,but I actually enjoyed the movie from beginning to end,I consider this a great addition to my collection,a bonus for digital option too so I can watch it on any device.

I was not able to go to the movies to see this, but I recall hearing a lot of negative news about it. This was such a great movie with great actors and I can only hope that another movie is made.

I enjoyed the movie, the characters we have come to know were solid and great to see again, some of the new characters were not as good. The villain could've been done better, but overall it is a solid X-men movie.

I thought it was done very well and was action-packed, dramatic, and had some excellent character studies, as per the X-MEN movies sagas. The FX was of a high standard. A welcome addition to my Marvel superhero dvd collection!

The movie was pretty good. There are actually several things that happen in the movie that is very close to the comics. Although some are not at all related. The movie has some issues like all Xmen movies but nothing too bad.

I am an old comic reader and a science fiction lover and this was an action packed ride with new players in the roles of X-men and they pulled it off very well. I throughly enjoyed this one.

This addition to the X-men collection was entertaining. There's a lot of jumping around with the different movies, but you will be able to keep up with the plot in this release if you may have missed a few releases.

I am an X-men lover, I love this movie, it was mind blowing, awesome, and they have done an outstanding job making this movie, my family watches this movie over and over again
