Skipped this one in theaters, but bought the blu ray. Not the best addition to the franchise, but it was fun and closely resembled the cartoons in the sense of the team going on adventures, and I appreciated that.

I bought and still have the Dark Phoenix Uncanny X-Men comics. I have been waiting for a decent Dark Phoenix big screen adaptation. This was good. However, it comes no where close to any of the Avengers movies.

The movie was GOOD, but didn't quite hold up to the storyline from the previous movies in the series - it might have been a "Prequel" with different actors playing the key parts, but they just didn't seem right?

This being the end for these actors Iam sad to see them part ways since they all fitted their roles quite well. I did enjoy the movie I thought it was entertaining and everyone played out their roles quite well.

Jean Grey begins to develop incredible powers that corrupt and turn her into a Dark Phoenix. Now the X-Men will have to decide if the life of a team member is worth more than all the people living in the world.

"Dark Phoenix" acts as a conclusion to the X-Men movie franchise under Fox. It's not as bad as people make it out to be. Not the strongest entry in the franchise, but certainly not the worst. This movie features great performances from Sophie Turner, Michael Fassbender, James McAvoy and Jennifer Lawrence. Even if you're not a fan of the movie, I definitely recommend this for true completionists.

OK, I'm not a Marvel purist. But I do enjoy their films. Everyone told me this wasn't very good. Personally, however, I found it entertaining. Not in the top 10 of Marvel films, but enjoyable in my mind.

I waited to see this movie at home because of all the negative press it got. And I have to say that in my opinion all those negative comments were wrong. This movie was great. I watched it on my OLED television with my dolby atmos system and it looked and sounds amazing. I just wish they would have showed more of storm doing her thing. But overall it's a great movie. I've watched it twice already.

The movie was good. Action was great, but it goes away from the story line of the other movies. So if you just want action and can ignore the continuity flaws. Enjoy it. And of course I love the 4K quality.

Great audio and visual, I only noticed very minor artifacts on a couple of specific scenes and areas, but overall pleasing to the eyes and ears. Plot is ok, about on par with most of the X-Men movies.

So the review is for the product, not the quality of the movie. Best Buy continues to provide a high quality steelbook with neat internal and external design work. Again, I enjoy the steelbook from a collectibles standpoint. But I’m not sure I will see my return on investment for the quality of this movie: Choppy plot, mediocre rehashed story, bland acting...but the packaging was great!!!

This film is not as bad as some of the critics are saying. It has some great action set pieces and really good cgi. I may have flopped at the box office but this is a good entry in the X-Men universe.

X-Men Brand I have been a true fan since my early youth, Been a comic book aficionado since 1968. One of my most favorite X-men is the Beast and also Jean Grey. Glad that they finally did a Phoenix Film, although many will have difficulty with her origin, if not a true Marvel Fan. Will be watching the movie this evening. Marvel Rocks. In the words of the immortal Stan Lee Excelsior...

The outfits seem even more retro than XMen first class, I don't really like so much everyone is wearing a yellow bra, instead of a defined X. Good action as always, great effects, worth the watch.

The Dark Phoenix comic saga was sweeping ,exciting and interesting beginning to end . Kind of hard to believe that a movie showing the development of her incredible power could be so underwhelming

The Media & Critics both slammed this movie, saying it did not stand close to any of the other "1st Class" Xmen movies. In many ways it didn't compare but it still was a very entertaining movie.

Was a great movie part of the franchise that focuses on Jean Gray's special powers and how they are stronger than anyone could imagine. I would recommend adding this to your movie collection.

In the end I liked this movie. It was slow in the beginning and the story kind of dragged on in parts. I thought the picture had some grain in it but overall a good visual. Worth a watch for sure.

This movie is a little different than the other X-Men movies. It is more of a centralized story of one character. It is still a very good story.

I liked the movie. It has a lot of action, good acting and you can use all of your senses also. Best color of all of the X-Men movies. I hated 2 of the heroes got killed. I won’t tell which ones so others can enjoy the movie. Best Buy had speedy delivery which I like. Already watched the movie 4 times. Gonna watch it again tonight. If you like the X-Men you will like it too.
