I ordered this to be able to play some games with my college roommates after we graduated and thought, "Wow what a deal". It was too good to be true. It was shipped to my house very fast and it work great, for about 6 days. I played MAYBE 12 hours total when I had it. I got it on a Tuesday, played it a couple hours a night until Friday morning, and then it sat in my apartment turned off while I was away of the weekend. Come Monday night I turn it back on to play MW3 and it won't connect to XBOX live even though my isp is good, and then the single player has really grainy textures not to mention long loading times. I turned it off and then about 1 hour later I tried to turn it back on and bam, red ring on the lower right corner. This denotes a general hardware failure, not a RROD(I had a small fan blowing on it constantly). The repair company must have horrible quality control at their factory because this is just pathetic. I called Best Buy customer service, they were a great help and are sending me a return label so they can credit my card back the amount I paid. Please take my advice and shell out the money for a Slim, I know they didn't fix the 360's issues but you have a much better chance of your system lasting than playing Russian Roulette with the Refurbs. I love it. It works great, but not always able to read a disc, but if disc is taken out then it does read it. Excited to use it for many years to come.

This was like brand new, couldn't tell the difference of it being a refurbished.....awesome product.

I bought this xbox and then sold my old xbox to by the new COD Black Ops and wen i plugged my new counsole in and put a game in the disc dry wouldnt spin also the head set that came with it was broken

this Xbox 360 elite consele is very impresive and it as alot of memory and 3 times faster than a white arcade console and I recomdem you yo buy it

I died the "red cirlce of death" one week after plugging in the refurbished model. Xbox's are known for this per teenagers polled. A christmas present let down. I UPS'd it back, waiting for a replacement, shouldn't take long. The warranty is only for 90 days so I suggest you purchase the insurance plan on this. I'm lucky it died quickly or I would have been out of luck.

Great shipping, Console looks great, sounds great, everything that was said to be included was included. It all looked brand new. I am extremely happy with this system.

I like this xbox but the componet cable didnt work but good thing i had a spare

The XBox is working great, just like a new one would. The only problem is the controller. The "Left Trigger" button sticks sometimes. Otherwise, all is good

Just got my xbox 360 and its awesome! Works perfectly! No cosmetic flaws or anything else wrong.

I decided to purchase this instead of a slim, well that turned out to be a mistake. Took forever to get here in the first place. Everything was in the package and it was in overall good shape, BUT it would not read any disc none of my games or DVDs. So whats the point of having it if it wont read the games?

Initially, I was happy with the price of the purchase. 200 for an Xbox w/120Gigs was good. However on day 30, it stopped reading the games. now it has to go back to be returned. Not Happy at all.

Hard drive was broken when I recieved it. Had to return it to Best Buy and buy a brand new xbox.

Didn't quite work out as we had hoped. Was a Christmas present that needed replacing by New Year's. The customer service and general help in quickly repairing/replacing the console to fix the issue was great, though.

never buy something refurbished. All you're doing is buying someone else's problem. I had trouble with this unit from day one. Very disappointing for a refurbished item to not be repaired correctly.

Bought refurbished elite, only to have it break 2 days later i wouldn't recommend buying a refurbished to anyone else, best to buy knew so you know your not getting faulty products.
