If you like a challenging game this is for you! Great story!

Hard but fun. A bit long load times and some minor stuttering.

It’s a well-founded mix of strategic turn-based battles, resource management, and customization that makes each gameplay unique to its very own player. While XCOM 2 does have some issues with its framerate and loading times, its gameplay overshadows its imperfections and becomes a very small disturbance in a largely enjoyable game.

Makes you want to pull your hair out sometimes, but it is fun most of the time. I have gripes with the percent hit chance (it seems like I constantly miss more when I have 95% accuracy than at 60%, but I guess it is just that 5% odds getting me all the time), and the map system is not my favorite, but a good game, all in all.

I have been playing this series since the original on the PC. They keep getting better IMO and this is no different. Great new additions, good story, goes a little quick for trying to maximize all of the different research projects etc. Definitely worth it if you like this series or strategy games

The game itself is amazing. Hard tactical choices, good base building and great mechanics. The 2 flaws are the time limit missions are too frequent have you sometimes rush your units, instead of setting them up properly, and the load times are the worst I've seen in gaming in a long time. Even patched.

I loved Final Fantasy tactics, advance wars and the other xcom games, and this does all that but with a cool cinematic feel. Make sure to read up before starting and play on beginner because it's VERY hard and you can get past the point of no return and have to start over. Excellent game.

I played the XCOM franchise in the 90's then played the updated version on PS3, this version for PS4 BAM. It is a great strategic game that doesn't rush through the combat. Every decision you make effects the future of how the game moves forward. I give it two enthusiastic thumbs up

If you like XCOM: Enemy Unknown you will enjoy this game. If you have never played an XCOM game you will enjoy this game. It is excellent. Besides some glitches here and there this is a great military strategy game with great design and execution. Absolutely love this game!

This was a perfect follow up to Enemy Unknown. This one builds on its predecessor by adding a lot of new features and removing old ones. Dlc is already available right away for this game. You'll be very happy with this purchase if you like strategic style gameplay.

I always have played this game on the PC. It is much different on the PS4. It's seems to be way harder. It's gotten to a point where I don't play it as much because it's impossible to get through some of the levels without losing your whole team. That really sucks!

My husband had it for the PC and I am much happier in front of our PS4. Love the customization and game play. It's nice to be back in the Xcom universe. I completely missed I didn't buy the DLC package, but was able to pick it up as a download later.

Im an Xcom fan and have been playing them since I was younger on Pc. Glad they did decide to bring the second one to PS4. Same format of turn based attack with new versions of the old baddies and new versions of our old toys, staying true to the past!!

I great game for thinking outside of the box. You really have to pay attention to what you do in this game. This game is extremely hard at some points plus when your character dies there gone for ever. Save is highly recommended. All and all good buy

One of the greatest games I have ever played. The series is fantastic.

I have really enjoyed this series playing both the previous games on X360 as well as Vita.....now we get a real updated version for PS4. Lots of improvements and still a good story for a SRPG. If you like this kind of game then you will like XCOM2

Ever since they announced the PC version I was hopeful that a console version would be released. Firaxis knocked it out of the part once again with a spectacular port. If you enjoyed enemy unknown, xcom 2 dwarfs it in every way. A MUST BUY.

This game is a must have for strategy fans. Combat is amazing and challenging. Have t move swiftly, and carefully since your members can die permanently. The story is the usual aliens are the bad guys, let's kill them....but who cares.

One of the best games I've ever played. Very challenging, but extremely rewarding when you succeed. The presentation is fairly lacking, but the gameplay is incredibly deep and addicting. An absolute must buy for any strategy fan.

Really fun game that had me hooked for about 30-45+ hours. The game offers a lot of customizable features and has about 5 difficulty levels, which can EASILY keep you occupied past the amount of time i've spent playing the game.
