Bought this to replace the standard edition of the game i originally bought. The artbook is very nice, but likely something only fans would want. Having been a fan of these games since Xenogears, I'm glad this got a edition like to to go with Xenoblade Chronicles X and 2.

One of my favorite games of all time got an HD upgrade along with many quality of life changes. The original game was already amazing and now with the enhanced visuals and improved changes to things like adding a quest marker, the game is even better than before.

What an amazing game! The art book in the deluxe edition is a very nice touch. I'm a little bitter other regions had a more extensive deluxe edition including a steelbook and other goodies. Either way, the game is surprisingly addictive and I have trouble setting it down.

Hardback art book and fantastic massive world rpg with updated graphics. Battle system takes getting used to if you haven’t played this series but it’s well worth getting used to it and the intrinsic battle system it can offer for the story being told

There is a reason why I put that topic. I bought the game for the Nintendo Wii when it was released thanks to the Rainfall Operation ( google it for more info about it, Nintendo denies it that operation worked) I played the Wii version for a 60 hours but I have to quit it due to my eye stray on this game but it's weird I know. later I played the 3DS version and still great and I almost finish it but I was far more games behind so I put on hold again ( I know the ending) Now, I own the definitive edition for the Switch, and still on hold. I have to finish a game. That doesn't mean the game is not worth it. As soon as I finish the other game, I will open it and play it. It will feel like a new fresh paint with some more gloss for the walls of my head. Try it and you will see how great the game after the original game was released 12 years ago.

The Xenoblade series is one of the best RPG series of the last few generations. Each entry improves upon the last, so it's nice to see Nintendo go back to the original game and add some graphical improvements as well as some extra content.

It's a very good buy, but it's lacking compared to Xenoblade 2's special edition, and especially the one sold in Europe. This one doesn't even have a soundtrack selection, or even a poster. I really wish they included more goodies with this. Also, don't read the art book if you haven't played the game. This set pretty much assumes you've played the original release a long time ago. Simply because the art book contains a spoiler character.

Shulk eats the sandwich in HD now. What more could you want? 10/10 game. Hours of my life I won’t get back. Worth every second. Also the art book and packaging was nice too.

Pre-Ordered this and got it a few days early shipped to me than its release date. Very nice of Bestbuy. The game itself and the condition of the product was in perfect condition. The game is worth it if you are into RPGs.

The art book is great and contains a lot of interesting design pictures. Full game included and is a nice update to the original release. Graphics are improved and a lot of quality of life features added to menus and quests.

I didn't get to play the first one, but this game is so much fun. It is everything in a RPG that you would want. It is also fast paced and does not slow down. I've played over 40 hours and im not closed to being finished.

When I heard my favorite game of all time was getting a remake you BET I jumped on the opportunity. I love everything about it, and the art book is gorgeous.

One of my favorite RPGs of all time. Now, it finally looks the way it deserves to look. Also a bunch of little QoL fixes that makes this game even better! Also, the art book is fantastic and of great quality as well!

Xenoblade is well worth your time to play through. This is the third version I am playing through and it still brings a smile to my face. The artbook is a great way to see the characters in greater detail.

A near perfect remaster of a already superb game. They added a lot of quality of life improvements and added a nice music option where you can choose between the original and a updated orchestral mix.

If you’re a Xeno-fan then you know what to expect. This remake of the Wii title looks awesome and still has the same incredible combat system with some much needed quality of life tweaks.

Fantastic game and now that it's on switch, I can have it on the go. The artbook is very nice and although the US version isn't as extensive as the UK version, ours is cheaper.

The game is very similar to the original. There are added costumes and a new epilogue. The graphics are very stable in the dock, but seem to struggle in handheld mode. Great for RPG fans

The developers did a wonderful job with the quality of this game. It is way higher resolution and the character models and smooth and fit right in with the world that those who have played the original know and love. I was really worried that they would have changed the characters drastically to fit the style they established in Xenoblade Chronicles 2, but the characters, though reminiscent of that game's, still feels the same as the original Xenoblade Chronicles on the Wii. The only problem I had is that the lip syncing is worse than ever before. This is really the only thing that I can readily see is directly shared with Xenoblade Chronicles 2 that sucks.

One of the greatest games of all time. Extremely simple yet in depth combat system with a stellar cast of characters and an absolutely phenomenal storyline. A must have for JRPG lovers.
