A: The good news is GameStop still has it. The bad news is you have to go out in person to pick it up and I can't guarente GameStop employees keeping 6 feet away...

A: I was able to a few hours after it was announced. It may be sold out, or temporarily sold out.

A: It was available all day when they announced it. But it sold out by the end of the day.

A: Bots are an issue sometime in online retail (particularly with actual Nintendo Switch consoles), but plenty of real people were able to preorder this the day it was announced, myself included. Collector's editions are always difficult to get a copy of, and this is a pretty beloved and anticipated game. Keep an eye on retailers for any stray copies but I'd assume most have already sold.
