I'm amazed this game got carried forward at all. It was a Wii-U title and sold like 5 copies. If you are a Xeno Series fan you will likely enjoy this game. The format is more like an open world MMO so different from Saga and Chronicles 1-3 games. I'm enjoying it, I've played them all.

Explore a giant open world with really good combat. The game is great, but if you’re coming to it from the other Xenoblade games you may find yourself wishing it had a more in depth story. To me it felt a bit more like side quest simulator, but if you enjoy exploring a big world and completing quests then this is definitely a good choice for you.

An excellent game! I have been a fan of the entire Xenoblade series ever since I was introduced to it via Xenoblade Chronicles 2, and have played every other Xenoblade game that has been released to the Switch, only X was left. And sure, it is not like the other games, but it still is an incredible game on its own.

I have this on wiiu disc but wanted to grab the switch version to replay again. Cleaner gfx, better framerates and overall, its the same game but more polished. If you play the original, this is the same game. If you enjoy other xenobladee, you most likely will enjoy this one as well

Love the series, the game both looks and feels great

Never thought it would happen, but finally migrated off the WiiU. The best is even better. Fixed so many issues it's worth again putting in the hundreds of hours you'll need to 100% this amazing game.

Very differnt from the main series but still really great. Open world and more plot focused than character focused. Exploration is the priority here. It kind of blurs the line between jrpg and wrpg with a silent created character. Its a blast but very different from the main numbered series.

Played the original in the WiiU and everything about this game is improved. Visuals and load times, but the quality of life for quests and collectibles greatly help the experience. Haven't gone too far into the new content which is mostly post game, but the additional quests so far have been fun.

Glad to finally be able to play this as I never did buy a Wii U. I'm a big fan of the Xenoblade series, and even though this one doesn't quite fit in with the story of 1-3 it's amazing in it's own right. If your a fan of the series, I would definitely pick this one up.

This entry in the Xeno series is the most tactical by far. It also has some of the most customization in the series as well. Although its bones are 10 years old, it has tested well against time. It’s a must-play for any Xenoblade fan that may have missed this entry on the Wii U, as well as for any ARPG fan.

Amazing entry in the series. It may not be tied to Xenoblade Chronicles 1-3 Story directly but the gameplay is great! The story isn't as good as the mainline games but it's definitely worth picking up if you like this series. I never got to play the WiiU version and this plays perfect on the Switch.

This is seriously a great game. I played it some on the Wii U and really enjoyed it then, but on Switch there have been so many improvements. It looks so much better than it did on the Wii U and runs so smooth. If you love open world games you will enjoy this one.

This game is phenomenal. The original was my introduction to this series, and I'm all the happier for it. This remake has tons of quality-of-life updates that make it a much better experience.

Xenoblade Chronicles X is one of the biggest RPGs available. It mixes sci-fi and fantasy, and a compelling plot about the destruction of earth, alongside fun gameplay and characters. It's mission-based as opposed to the other Xenoblade games, and it ranks as one of the series' best.

If you like the idea of stomping around in a giant mech in an one of the best open world rpgs on Nintendo; than this is the game for you! It runs like a dream on Switch 2.
