    We can only sing the praises of Xplora and its convenience! Our son isn’t quite ready yet for a cellphone, but we wanted a way to keep up with him while out with friends or at school. The Xplora XGO3 was the perfect option! Setup was super easy and the watch was ready to go within just a few minutes. My son loves that it looks “techy”, and we love that we can easily communicate with him. The GPS works great, and the school mode is super convenient to keep him attentive at school. I’m happy that it does allow for emergency calls, if needed.

    The setup was straightforward, but make sure to update the watch's firmware. My kids learned how to use the watch in less than 5 minutes. They love being able to call mom, dad, friends, and grandparents. The strap is a bit long and big, so my 7-year-old has to wear the watch tightly. The safe zones feature is great for knowing if your child is within the designated area. You will receive a warning if they move outside the zone. The battery life is ok, you should charge it every night. This is not a big deal if you make it a routine. The watch charges with a standard cable. My kids have been using the watch for 2 months and it still looks new. All functions are working as intended. Overall, we are happy with the Xplora XGO3 smartwatch. It is a great way for my kids to stay connected with me and their friends and family. The setup is easy, the features are useful, and the quality is good.Here are some additional thoughts on the watch: I like that the watch does not have access to the internet. This helps to keep my kids safe from online predators and inappropriate content. I also like that the watch has a limited number of pre-approved contacts that my kids can call. This helps me to control who they can communicate with. I would like to see a few additional features in the future, such as the ability to send text messages and the ability to track my child's steps. However, overall I am happy with the Xplora XGO3 smartwatch.

    Would be a great product if it actually worked. Finally got the watch to send text messages. Still will not call. Been in contact with tech support and customer service. You can only reach them through email as company is based overseas. Takes 24hrs for them to respond. Ive been emailing back nforth for about 2 weeks now with no improvements. Also as of yet I am the only person that can even text my son on the device. Ive also had trouble setting up the 2ndary account. Anyways, long story short its not ready for customer sales. It has a lot of glitches they need to figure out.

    The watch is pretty cool for it being for kids. I love all of the features it has and how its app controlled. The only down sides are, it doesnt refresh as fast and the battery life isnt great. Its in my daughters backpack not being used, just on and within 4 hours it got down to 80% battery life.

    We bought this for our 11yr old daughter. It is very secure and when setting up the app the only people that can call on it must be in the contacts. Also she can only text her guardians. The cost of this is minimal monthly. Also you can her her talk on it really well which is a plus since it is a watch. It gives her some independence without exposing her to all the risks that come with a smartphone.

    Our family loves the peace of mind that comes with this watch. We are able to contact, track and connect with our children using this watch. I love that we have to approve the contacts that are allowed on this device to ensure safety. Its user friendly and our kids love the bright pink color!

    We love this watch for our 10 year old son. It makes it easy for us to track him and make sure he is safe. The speaker volume is loud and he can be heard with clarity. His favorite part is tracking his steps for the day, and he loves being able to send me little voice memos.

    I tried 2 of them both junk. Watch says its too hot or when it did work says can connect. Tried taking it back to best buy to get help no one knew anything about the watch. Dont waste your money. I got a watch through T mobile and i lt works perfect i absolutely love it. Definitely recommend checking out your phone company

    I got this for a friend of mine and she loves it. She said it is perfect for keeping track of her daughter and being able to see her location has taken a tremendous amount of worry of her shoulders.

    Registration was easy and GPS was pinpoint accurate. However, the voice calling was HORRIBLE. When the calls were able to connect (few and far apart) they would drop in a matter of minutes. Deactivating is pretty easy too, just know that you will not be talking to any human support, which is okay unless you REALLY need to.

    You can only message if you use the Xplora app so there is no way to add multiple numbers to text message. Call only. You can’t play any of the games not worth the $100+ I wouldn’t buy this

      We would like to clarify that the group chat feature is currently not available on our platform, and all contacts need to have the app installed to communicate with the watch. Additionally, text messaging is only possible through the app. These measures are in place to give parents better control and to enhance the safety of the communication.

      Furthermore, the watch does not include any games. We made this decision to encourage more outdoor activities and to help parents have better control over their children's internet usage and playtime. We understand this may be disappointing, but our goal is to promote healthier habits and safer internet experiences for children.

    Does not work with T-Mobile. Calls will not work. Found out the hard way after trying to solve it with T-Mobile for 5 hours today. Really frustrating. T-Mobile pushed for an upgrade to something that works better on a 5G network. Will try the Xplora plan next. If it doesn't work it's going right back to BB. Aside from that, it's a cool device.
