Great Movie. Purchased this movie in anticipation of the most recent XXX movie coming to Blu-ray. This will help round out my collection.

This movie was full of action and cool events that occured in it. Loved every second of it.

If you're a fan of this film, and even if you've already purchased the original Blu-ray release(which I unfortunately have) then the anniversary edition on Blu-ray is certainly worth the "double-dip", as there is a significant upgrade in picture quality. Plus, it contains a decent amount of special features, which the original release contained none. BUT, for some reason, still no UNRATED Extended Cut is available in HD. :( I guess I just have to keep holding on to the old UNRATED DVD version. Oh well, it's still a good popcorn flick that's fun to revisit from time to time, regardless of the lacking Extended Cut. Also, it's good to see ol' Vin young and in his prime. :)

Hokey in the best kinda way, movie looks great on Blu-ray

Along with Fast And Furious' Dominic Toretto and Riddick's title character, XXX's Xander Cage is a signature role for Vin Diesel, one that he excelled at playing. So it made absolute sense after the critical and commercial failure of XXX: State Of The Union which starred Ice Cube (due to Vin's dropping out), to bring Vin back for the newest film Return Of Xander Cage. Just in time for that movie and the 15th anniversary of the original, Sony issued a brand new remastered Blu-Ray with improved audio and picture quality, and it comes loaded with extras not included on the old Blu-Ray (it had none) as well as new ones. Recommended if you're a fan of the movie or at least action in general.

They don't make 'em like xXx all that often anymore. Unpretentious, loud, exciting, lots of practical effects, a big score and Metal music, plenty of gunfire and explosions, a musclebound hero...it's a quality action film that's equal parts ridiculous and exhilarating. Even at two hours, it's well paced, Vin Diesel is fine as the lead, and it's a whole lot of fun. Sony's re-release is a home run. Everything's better compared to the old release. Audio is the least of the upgrades. The uptick in video is substantial and the quantity of extras is generous, even if most of it simply carries over from the standard definition era. Even the new cover art is great. Highly recommended!

The original XXX was a great little action flick with some outrageous extreme sports stunts. Vin Diesel was great in the title role. A little disappointed that the 15th anniversary collector's edition did not include the director's cut as well. If you don't already own, I would recommend. This only seems like a cash grab by Sony because of the new movie that is coming out that does not look all that good.

xXx stars action hero Vin Diesel. In this film Extreme Sports star Dander Cage (Vin Diesel) is recruited to help bring down a Russian Crime ring. xXx is a fun popcorn film. I know I may upset some with this, but this has a modern day James Bond. The movie is filled with high adrenaline and a ton of action sequences much like James Bond. The film was refreshing and showcases Diesel at his best, blowing things up, being tough, and being extreme the entire time. The film is well paced and moves quickly for a film over two hours. If you are into high intense action, this is the film for you.

I think you will like the XXX series. I found this at Best Buy at a good price. Walk through the isles and look for the deals they change every week or so. Thank You Best Buy for the verity of movies you carry and the great sales. If you don't see it ask an associate they will help you find it in short order if they have it in stock.

After several NSA undercover agents are killed trying to infiltrate a Russian terrorist organization, An NSA member decides to use a civilian with the right skills but no formal training and decides on an extreme sports star (Vin Desiel) that just comitted three crimes (XXX) and makes a deal with him (or blackmails him) to become an undercover agent.

first ,i love that it comes with a digital copy.. And cool cover since the dvd one got kinda tired to see.. ( i dont remember what the theatrical poster was) so this cover is simple an clean i had heard the first blu ray had issues. this one seems fine but maybe should watch when not sleepy.. great sale price at 4.99

Now this movie starring Vin Diesel playing the character/role Xander Cage in this electrifying adrenaline rush packed thrilling adventure action also starring Samuel Jackson and Asia Argento plus for a terrific Villain played by Marton Csokas who's an awesome great super fantastic very cool Actor but heck Vin and Sam RULE!

It was a while since I saw this movie as I had the DVD. I decided for the price to upgrade to Blu-ray as I have the 4k Player from samsung and samsung 4k UHD tv. The picture quality was great and the movie was not bad. It had a lot of action packed scenes and nice to see Vin Diesel in action movie other then the Fast and Furious Franchise.
