Works great. I really enjoy the connection with the Internet. Using my phone to control the volume and the selection is a handy feature. The quality of the sound is wonderful.

Had an 80s kenwood system talk about a upgrade wow got its pushing some R28 klipsh thumping R12 woof sound is awsome and picture on my Samsung is none short of amazing

I've been a diehard Yamaha fan for more than thirty years. Once again, this receiver does the job. I haven't used it on any 4K stuff yet, but I'm sure it will do just fine.

The quality of sound is so much better than the 15 year old it replaces. Hope this gives me the same service as the one it replaces. The sound is much improved over the old one.

THIS IS MUCH BETTER THAN MY DENON THAT I PURCHASED 4 YEARS AGO. I HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS WITH THE DENON FROM DAY ONE.

We have enjoyed the ease of using this with our sound system and streaming music from Pandora and Spotify. The techs at Yamaha walked us through setup with perfect knowledge and patience.

While I am only using this Receiver in 2 channel mode to supply music to 8 speakers surrounding my pool and outdoor pavilion, I am sure it would sound equally great in a home theater setup!

Purchased to update my home system to allow me to use Bluetooth to get to my music. Also comes with MusicCast that streams music like Pandora or Spotify. One thing I don't like is you need to have the stereo on or it won't allow your TV to receive the cable signal.

Definitely a good mid range choice. The sound is good with my cheaper speakers. I can’t wait to see what it sounds like with better speakers.

Great Sounding Receiver With A Lot Of Ways To Stream Music And To Watch Movies. I Am Using All Polk Audio Speakers With This Receiver.

Works well as described. I only have 2 speakers, but the set up is fine, though i don't like changing the sound settings every time i play a DVD (a minor inconvenience). I haven't tried the Wi-Fi or Bluetooth yet, but expect this to work fine. Hopefully this receiver will last for many years...

Had in ceiling surround sound speakers just needed a receiver to tie all my electronics together. This receiver is exactly what I needed and wanted.
