I loved the Banjo-Kazooie series on the N64 way back when. I was especially excited when the original creative team was crowd-funded to make a spiritual successor, but was disappointed in the results. However, the sequel, I side scrolling adventure similar to the Donkey Kong Country games is great fun!

Well the Switch's Library of great platform just continues to grow with the addition of Impossible Lair, because is a top notch platformer and it's right up there with Nintendo's own AAA platforming titles. It's a well crafted game, it might surprise some people.

This game draws its inspiration from the DKC series. Beautiful environments and plenty of challenges. Many game altering tonics to discover. Includes a 3D overworld reminiscent of top down view Zelda games to explore. Enjoy the charming characters and voices too. Decent soundtrack to boot.

While this game is challenging, it is worth it. The art style and the game play mechanics are good. I really enjoyed this game and am so happy to have found it in store.

The spirit of Donkey Kong Country lives on with complex challenges in a 2D platforming space. While I still can't get past that this is just Banjo-Kazooie re-skinned, the move to 2D works great.

This is a great game that apes something in the middle of the old Donkey Kong Country games and the returns series but has enough of its own ideas to be fresh. It doesn't feel big budget but it's still very fun!

This game is way better than the first Yooka-Laylee game. The platform is easy. The graphics are beautiful. Gameplay overall is excellent. This could be a step to a future Banjo Kazooie game.

The side scrolling platforming is fun and diverse. It’s just the right amount of challenge. The 3D overworld is similar to zelda and adds a way to mix up the game play.
