    Tom Hanks gives a great performance as the "evil big bookstore guy" who really isn't a bad guy at all!!

    Meg Ryan is always fun to watch and Tom Hanks gives a top performance. This movie was made in the beginnings of the internet but could easily be made today. Picture quality is not much better than the DVD.
