I was hestitated to tried since this brand was new to me but it was very easy to install and did a good job. I have 2 cats so i have cat hair everywhere in my house. Also, very messy around the litter box. Every night when i got home from work, i turn on the vacuum and let it do the job by itself. Very neat and clean. It has the setting of vacuuming itself or remotely. Both work perfectly. I'm so glad to have it. It's been half year and I'm very satisfied. When it's almost out of battery, it automatically goes back to the charging station to get charge which is very cool feature. Best vacuum ever.

It cleans well, runs quiet, battery lasts around an hour and a half. We have run it everyday we have had it, about a month. Does get stuck from time to time, but usually because we leave something on the ground. It has been one of our most useful purchases, it start in the morning by the time we get home it's done with no effort from us. We have carpet, wood, and tile it works it on all. The kids enjoy it then it get stuck they check everyday when they get home to see if it's on its charging base, and if not it is a race to see who can find it first. We have a multi-level house so we move it every day or so to keep the whole house clean.

I have been researching different robotic sweepers so some time now and finally decided on this one. I couldn’t be more impressed with “Alice.” She is absolutely amazing at cleaning our hardwood floors! I make sure to go around the house before I start her to make sure the dog toys are picked up and if any clothes or charging cords were left out. We have had no issues with her getting stuck and always finds her way back to the base. I’ve had Alice for a month now and I run her at least every other day. She saves me so much time and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a robotic sweeper, you won’t be disappointed! I also got Alice on sale during one of Best Buy’s sweeper sales, I believe I saved $91!

It took a few passes for the iClebo to figure out the area but now it is rolling a long picking up cat hair on a regular basis. It does not seem to be as effective as the previous Roomba Discovery I owned (doesn't collect as much cat fur) and the fur does collect in bin entrance and not the actual bin. It handles uneven and changing surfaces with ease.

Probably my carpet, but this machine had trouble navigating and maneuvering. Performed great on wood. Very thorough on maneuvering around furniture legs. Fun to watch! I do recommend.

We always wanted one of these and finally purchased this model primarily based on price and positive reviews. Based on our first few uses, picks up really well and fun to watch. We have ceramic and porcelain floors and no problem going around our reclining chair power cords.

I was holding out till I found a robot vacuum with decent reviews at a reasonable price. When Best Buy offered this unit as a Deal of the Day, I pulled the trigger. This unit performs as advertised and is great at picking up pet hair. It goes around obstacles and traverses uneven floors between rooms very well. It does get stuck and errors out on occasion, but that is my fault for not restricting it from places it should not go. I would have given it 5 stars, except for the fact that it is cumbersome and time-consuming to clean the pet hair off the main brush after every use. But to be fair, I have no idea if this is typical of all robot vacuums.

I think this is a great vacuum! It rarely gets stuck, except on cords, so I pick them up before I start it. It runs on bare floors, laminate, tile, and berber carpeting without any problems. It even goes under my kitchen table, and finds its way out. And it returns to the base when it needs a recharge. Love this!

Great robotic vacuum, does what I wanted it to. I was surprised how much hair and dirt it picks up each time. I have two cats and wanted it to pick up the stray hairs that built up on my hard wood floors.

It was a great purchase; I really needed this type of vacuum and until I saw what I was missing by sweeping only is when this new device was much appreciated...my house looks cleaner and dust free...

I don't really have anything to compare it to, but this robot vacuum works really well. Picks up pet hair and cleans well. Love the mop feature. Haven't really fully taken advantage of everything it can do yet, but hope to upgrade to excellent after a few months of use. No disappointment here. We researched a variety of brands and felt this particular vacuum was probably the best value. So far so good!

At first I loved this machine. It was never the greatest, but it did sweep pretty good. I have had it for 4 months now and it has more and more problems. It stops every few minutes with a different code. I clear the code and the machine runs a few more minutes and stops again. I am almost at the end of my rope with all robot vacuums. This is my 2nd. Can't someone make one of these that works and lasts?

Quite and reliable. Working well only 3 month usage.

I like it but it’s dont clean that well. It gets stuck on just about everything around it and runs in to everything

I bought this one when Best buy was deals of day. I didn't know this company because Korean small company. But now I'm really satisfied. I think this is better than any irobot vacuums. I recommend this one.

After research, we bought this one instead of the bigger name brand. Very happy with it. My only complaint so far is that a get stuck once in a while.

What did we ever do before we had our iClebo. It is wonderful to always have clean floors, we love it.

This vacuum is fantastic. I can clean floors every day without any effort. Sure helps with dog hair.
