    Unless you are very detailed on what you want, they were out of stock at the time of purchase, what they will send you is an excellent machine, lacking the technology module which is the Real Sense component, it still has sonar which i have not tested yet but would assume works as advertised,the machine works flawlesly, No issues at all with anything, battery life is astonishing it flies rocck solid and hovers without moving from the spot you leave it, the landing gear is a nice touch to a great product , this component costs a lot so, unless you like spending time trying to find one to install, make your purchase on line and skip the retail outlet entirely, also if you get the case for it, well, there are better more expensive ones to be found elsewhere...

    Excellent drone with easy overall operation. Easy flyer easy to understand. You can become an expert with flying and Camera operation in a very short period of time. Excellent for beginners and as well experienced Flyers.

    i have had this drone for about 3 months now..and love it..i did a lot of research on drones and i have an extensive back ground in R/C,with that being said i have looked at pretty much all the big name brands and some of the not so name brands and after working on a drone for a friend and seeing how there was no customer support or parts support for that matter i chose Yuneec. price was not really a factor as i know you get what you pay for and like i said as of being and avid R/C hobbit for 30 yrs and to have parts availability and customer support are the 2 most important things i look for, as for as the aircraft, does exactly what you tell it to do and takes awesome vid and pics...thanks again Yuneec for a quality product and people who stand behind them!!

    I've had this drone for about 6 months. Very capable, rock solid in the wind, and takes beautiful video and pictures. I'm satisfied in my purchase and love flying it!!

    This is my second Typhoon H. First one was the base model. Wanted a second one, and was impressed with all the accessories that came with this package... great backpack, extra battery, etc. BUT the one accessory that IS INCLUDED, but not mentioned in the description is the WIZARD. I bought this drone PLUS a Wizard, and had no idea that one was included until I opened this up and was surprised to see the Wizard staring back up at me... so I guess a trip to Best Buy to return the extra wizard. Overall, a great drone... and if you want a great place to upload your drone videos, go to the Airvuz website.

    Hands down the best drone in the market! I needed to eliminate the NFZ restriction so I contacted Yuneec. They had me flying in no time! Exceptional customer service!! Great drone from a great company! Totally impressed!

    I was so excited about buying this drone. It had all the awesome features that I expected from a drone at a pretty reasonable price from my research. Then I actually got home after buying the drone. This specific model comes with two batteries and a charge. When I got home, only one of the two batteries worked. So, I took it back and got a replacement, thinking that would fix the issue. NEITHER of the replacements batteries worked. So, I emailed customer service, and they told me that it's a very uncommon issue, which I don't believe at all given what I have gone through in addition to what both managers at two different Best Buy stores stated. Their customer service is rude and defensive over the phone. I was told that they had no idea if it was either the charger or the batteries themselves. They wanted me to drive out of my way to a hobby shop that doesn't exist in Orlando to see if they could test the batteries and the charger. When I told them I couldn't do that, and I expected it to be resolved, seeing as I paid $1,899 dollars for the drone, they told me the only thing they can do is send a battery, and wouldn't send me a charger at all. I would not, and could not, ever recommend this drone, or ANY Yuneec products to ANYONE.

    Don’t waste your considerable time and money!!! I purchased a Typhoon H Pro with Intel Real Sense technology back September of 2016. The 1st unit Yuneec sent me, even though I went through the set-up with the manual AND calling Yuneec’s technical support department, the drone flew for a few minutes then became uncontrollable when I was bringing it in for a landing and started to fly in large circles uncontrollably and eventually crashed into some trees. The unit was sent back to Yuneec, they said they repaired the problem and sent me the unit back. I tried another flight, same thing. Fly for a few minutes, try to land, the Typhoon would start fly in directions off on its own, uncontrollably. I sent this unit back and Yuneec again said they repaired it. Again, same issue, uncontrollable flight after a few minutes. The Typhoon H was getting pretty beat-up, rotor’s continually breaking and frustration mounting as each time the unit would come back “repaired” I spent hours updating firmware and speaking with Yuneec’s technical support department to ensure I have set-up the Typhoon H correctly before I would attempt flight only to have the same issue keep arising. My frustration was increasing considerably as this was costing me time and many missed video opportunities that were planned well in advance so this purchase would be ready for these events. I asked this time for a brand new unit to be sent. Yuneec sent me another unit. This time, I decided not to read the manual any longer as it is missing information and incomplete and instead called technical support and spent hours on the phone with them making sure the set-up was perfect. AGAIN, the drone flew off uncontrollably, but this time I was ready for it and was able to bring it down without crashing to bad and breaking parts. I again sent this unit back to Yuneec. That was 4 weeks ago and they have yet to send me a working Typhoon H. They have my money, refuse to give me a refund and are, for some reason, delaying sending me a new drone. I’ve requested to speak with a supervisor to have this resolved at least 5 times. Each time I am told I will be receiving a call from the “escalation person” within 24 to 48 hours. I have NEVER EVER received a call from the escalation person and I still am without a working drone and Yuneec has refused to refund my money. They have even lowered the cost of the Typhoon H during the holidays to attempt to sell more units quickly! Don’t waste your time and money. This unit is clearly not ready for production.

    Bought the drone in September and had to call yuneec the day i unpacked it do to it not charging. Sent me a chord a week later and still wouldnt charge. Called again sent me a complete charging box another week later. So now im two weeks out and then couldnt get the camera to bind.....called again had to send the drone to them.....received it back and now calles them again for the "toilet bowl effect." Now im several weeks into the ownership which yuneec has it tied up for three and now i cant return it for a refund. I will not recommend to a friend and or a stranger.

    First time up, hovered for 10 seconds, warning sounds, tilted and crashed...broke three props and camera assembly. Now awaiting call from Manufacturer to see about service. Best Buy won't touch it.
