Not the product it used to be. Applied this item on my phone for the 4th time and it cracked within 2 days. I have had zagg replace this item under their warranty at a shipping cost of $10.00 each time. I will not be purchasing this item again, and am disappointed because this brand is one that I considered the best over the years. A note to buyers, this item does not fit the whole screen on the iPhone 15 pro max. I cannot speak for the other phones.

Had this on my phone for one week and the first time I dropped it it cracked

Five star fit but a one star quality, the fit placement and application was great. The actual screen protector, however, could not withstand a less than four inch fall- inside my car. I hope there’s an warranty offered, reinforced edges? That is the first part that chipped both times, expected way better than that.

Absolute garbage. This protector cracked immediately and of course when I made a warranty claim they had no stock so I was forced to “upgrade” to their 60$ model which of course cracked immediately as well. This scam of a company wants 10$ to ship you a replacement every time. I have nearly 100$ in to two protectors that are such poor quality I will be buying cheap amazons one from now on. Save yourself the hassle and money and buy whatever cheap ones are on Amazon. They are almost certainly better quality than these jokes. Best Buy should be ashamed for selling such a scam product.

Screen cracked shortly after having it on. I will not be buying this protector again

I purchase this glass shield about 3 wks ago it doesn't fit the entire screen however it does feel nice on the phone. My gripe with it is I've had to replace the screen protetor twice already. It seems to crack very easlily. Thankfully Best Buy has a lifetime replacement on the screen but I would prefer not to have to use it at least not this often.

It works well on my phone. I dont like it doesnt cover all the way to the balck edges

Scratches and cracks easily. Replaced new one once already in course of 4-5 months.

Personally I feel they crack easier than others I’ve had in the past

The screen bubbled. The bubbles never went away and the screen cracked within 3 days.

Should be O stars. Continually cracks. Had cell phones from the beginning and this is the only one I’ve had that cracks. I’m on my fourth one in six months. A piece of junk.

Difficult to install, ended up messing up the adhesive side so the edes wont stick and have bubbles.

This screen protector is cheap and cracked all the way through after barely getting tapped not even 60 days after purchase

Broke one day after install. Seems very expensive for a sticky piece of glass. Nice warranty but this thing broke instantly after falling from a chair about 3 ft. terrible value.

Screen protector was warped coming straight out the packaging. Would not lay perfectly flat, which allowed air in one of the corners

Pricey and not good as I thought it was going to be and good luck if you have to warranty it or replace it, because you have to pay for installation over and over

Not impressed. Since purchasing this item I have had to have it replaced at least 6-7 times so far. I get a new one applied and within 1-2 days I see cracks. Which is better than my actual screen.

These thing just love to take a beating…. Like already it destory and never had issue with LifeLock case!

I have replaced this screen protector 3x in a 2 month period. Twice it cracked the day after it was put on. I am not hard on my phone and take great care of it. Neither time did my phone drop or hit something hard. In the past I almost never replaced my Zagg covers. The reviews from other users say the same thing. I should have paid attention to the reviews. I expected better.
