Use of Warranty
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The product was fine but ridiculous process to locate replacement warranty in account. Staff could not locate it even though I was assured our account was updated with warranty and was told I did not need receipt when originally purchased. Best Buy refused to replace without receipt. We left frustrated. My husband did some digging and was able to find it in our account prompting a second trip back to the store. No apologies or interest from Best Buy. I think it’s ridiculous the employees could not locate it in our account but we could. Poor poor poor customer service. Won’t be back. They could have at least apologized for the inconvenience.

Worst screen protector

Don't waste your time or money

ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE

When I hit reset password no email ever comes, not its not in spam or junk. I've also been on hold with customer support for 45 minutes. This level of service is UNACCEPTABLE!!!

Broke first day using it
