It does its job but it only lasted 2 months before it cracked

It protects your screen great but I guess I’m not a big fan of the privacy part. It’s difficult to see your screen unless it’s just right in front and it’s not clear when under low lights. I think I’m going to get a different one.

Outstanding screen protection, privacy and super easy to install.

I bought this screen protector in July 2025 for a new phone. I am now on my third replacement - the screen protector seems to be very fragile and although my phone is always in its Otterbox case, the screen protector keeps cracking. I appreciate that it has a warranty and Best Buy will replace it but it's inconvenient to have to return it so frequently.

It’s a great product I’ll recommend, you can’t beat the quality.

Great screen protector doesn’t crack easy easy to apply as well

After buying relatively cheap screen protectors typically off Amazon, I decided to buy a more expensive one hoping it would not need the ‘annual replacement’. Also it comes with a lifetime replacement warranty. After 6 WEEKS the screen protector is cracked in both top corners, along the top, in the bottom corner, with a few stray cracks across the screen. I was very disappointed, I have not had a screen protector fail in 6 weeks EVER (under normal phone use). So off I went to the website for my lifetime warranty (I had registered the product after buying) and to my surprise, I have to pay $10+ to ship my super heavy, bulky replacement product to my home address, Sorry to say that I would recommend everyone to steer clear of this product based on my experience. Poor quality and laughable ‘free warranty replacement for life’. I will for back to $15-20 Spigen Amazon purchased from now on….i learned my lesson to do a bit more digging on these ‘lifetime warranties’.

This is a horrible product that should be removed feom shelves. I wasted my money on this thing and it cracked with out everything dropping the phone. I put the phone in my back pocket. Sat down in the car and pulled it out my pocket to see it cracked. I only had it 3 days. Complete waste of money dont buy

for the price they break a lot. But the lifetime warranty has paid for itself, so the price is sort of worth it. Had mine for two months and already been through for screen protectors.

Not really a privacy screen but good screen protector

It breaks really fast and doesn’t even last four days. I know it has a lifetime warranty, but it’s time-consuming to go and replace it every time. The worst part is dealing with the cashier’s attitude. Honestly, I started to see Best Buy’s true customer service after this experience. Since then, I’ve made Best Buy my last choice for all my purchases.
