Protector is super nice & they offered if it ever cracks they will replace it for free!

I recently purchased this screen protector, and while it fits the screen size perfectly, I found it lacking in a couple of areas. The alignment is spot-on—when viewed from the front, it looks great. However, when I glance at it from the sides, I can see a noticeable gap that detracts from the overall appearance. If it were slightly larger to cover the edges better, I think it would provide a more seamless look. Overall, it does its job of protecting the screen, but the aesthetic aspect from side views leaves something to be desired. For anyone who prioritizes a flawless look alongside functionality, this might not be the best choice. I appreciate the fit, but I think I’ll be looking for a different option next time.

I bought this screen protector in July 2025 for a new phone. I am now on my third replacement - the screen protector seems to be very fragile and although my phone is always in its Otterbox case, the screen protector keeps cracking. I appreciate that it has a warranty and Best Buy will replace it but it's inconvenient to have to return it so frequently.

This is a horrible product that should be removed feom shelves. I wasted my money on this thing and it cracked with out everything dropping the phone. I put the phone in my back pocket. Sat down in the car and pulled it out my pocket to see it cracked. I only had it 3 days. Complete waste of money dont buy

Works incredibly well. I was shocked at how much it protects the content from almost every angle except straight on viewing.

Bought this privacy screen as it is known to have lifetime replacements and has yet to let me down. The screen is durable and has its faults like all glass screens though the lifetime has me hooked for the life of this phone.

It protects your screen great but I guess I’m not a big fan of the privacy part. It’s difficult to see your screen unless it’s just right in front and it’s not clear when under low lights. I think I’m going to get a different one.

It breaks really fast and doesn’t even last four days. I know it has a lifetime warranty, but it’s time-consuming to go and replace it every time. The worst part is dealing with the cashier’s attitude. Honestly, I started to see Best Buy’s true customer service after this experience. Since then, I’ve made Best Buy my last choice for all my purchases.

for the price they break a lot. But the lifetime warranty has paid for itself, so the price is sort of worth it. Had mine for two months and already been through for screen protectors.
