Glad I made the worse decision to purchase the Lifetime Protection Plan. Anytime I get a nick or scratch on my screen protector, I simply swing by any Best Buy. The pull up my account, see my warranty and poof...new protector and in on my way. I couldn't be more pleased with this process and the super helpful staff.
