Wanted to get a screen protector to protect my new phone. After about a day of use the adhesive started to come up around the edges. Also once it was put on the phone the touch sensitivity was gone. Had to press really hard to get it to work and the drop down from the top is pretty much non existent. Think i will just go with out one for now and will be returning this product.

I have been a long time owner of Zagg screen protectors for all of my phones, and this is the first one that I have had a problem with. This screen protector did not adhere properly, made it hard to use the touchscreen, and made me hate my phone until I took it back. If they fix the issues, I would try again, but for now, get the HD clear, it is much better!

Although the product will certainly protect your screen, the issue is the plastic is too thick. This interferes with the touch screen functionality. Although one can adjust the settings on their phone I was unable to find one that worked. I grew tired of the wrong keys being depressed when typing and texting so, I ultimately removed the product. I say wait for a better one to come along that fits better and is a little thinner.

Highly dissatisfied with this product. There is inconsistent touch response and you have to press directly on the icon with light force to get it to operate. Additionally because of the design with the cutout at the top it makes it hard to "catch" the notification drop down screen when you swipe down from the top edge. Paid for "professional" install at BestBuy so no blame on me for that. It is on son's phone so I don't suffer the frustration and will let it protect until another option presents itself.

I bought this along my search for a good screen protector and boy was this a total waste of my time and $. The adhesive didn't take all around only in some areas and then the screen loses sensitivity due to the thickness of the tempered glass, which means you have to press firmly on the screen if you want to simply USE the screen for anything.

Love the brand, but the Glass invisashields do not hold up. I have had to replace them at least 3 times with my old phone, & I'm about to turn in my new one for a phone I've had less that 3 months. It has protected my screen from cracking, but does not fit the curved glass very well & makes my touch screen difficult to use. I will be trading it in under warranty for an original Invisashield (if they make them for the S8)

I returned this in less than an hour. The glass seemed to fit well but I would have to apply a lot of pressure when typing or scrolling for my phone to do anything. I might try the clear but this one is a no-go.

This item prevented the phone user from an acceptable user interface with the phone. Actually had to press down hard to operate the touchscreen. Then it just came off and there wasn't any possibility of reattaching it. There was no stickyness on it. Waste of money. And we paid to have a Best Buy specialist put it on the phone. Double waste.

Have gone through 3 of these. The glass shield was the only thing available at the time I bought my phone. Terrible product.

The screen protector definitely protects the screen but at the cost of annoyingly slow response from the touch screen. I removed it in frustration after 1 week.

I went 3 months without it. I thought it would make my phone more protected. All i needed was a double hard case. The glass on the s8 is pretty durable. This glass is junk. I Have to pound on the glass to get it to recognize my hand. I was lucky and bought it for 30.00. I would never buy it again and if it breaks, i won't replace it.

The shield is nice and strong and the kit that came with it made it easy to install. The only thing I don't like about it is it leaves a small gap at the top of my S8 so when you run your finger across the top to open things at the top of the screen, your finger gets lifted. For as much money as this is, I expected more.

I'm sure it offers protection but am unhappy with the touch sensitivity of the phone itself now. Parts of the screen do not fit flat to the screen and sensitivity is very low. Once when it was hot and humid outside the screen was blurred every time I put my finger on the screen. Not happy. considering removing it but hate to waste the money - although right now I am not enjoying my phone either.

The first one was installed at Best Buy. It had a multi-colored haze if held in the right light. Kind of like an oil slick on water. I returned it, and the friendly Best Buy guy removed it and installed a new one. The second one has the same problem. It's not visible when looking straight on at the screen, but can be seen when viewing at an angle. I've decided just to live with it.

The item is relatively thick and greatly reduces the touch sensitivity of the screen. When it was on, it was very hard to swipe down from the top or select items on the edges. Also, the screen protector would pop off very easily. I had it installed at a Verizon store, so it was put on correctly but still sucked.

This screen protector was the only one available in store when I was in, and they recommended it so I went with it. With it on, the sensitivity on my Galaxy S8 became so horrible the phone was near impossible to use. Prior to the screen protector, the phone was very responsive and I had no issues with the sensitivity. On average, it takes me 3-5 'clicks' with my finger before an app would open with this screen protector on. In addition, I had the screen protector on for six days before it cracked. To put this in perspective, I had my previous phone for three and a half years and the screen still looks perfect even though I didn't have a screen protector. I am careful with my phones. It cracked in my pocket while I was on a walk. How that happened is beyond me. I was baffled when I took my phone out and saw that the screen protector had a crack. I haven't been this disappointed in a product in a long, long time. The company will replace under the warranty, but I will have to pay $4.99 for return shipping. I can tell you one thing. That is $4.99 too much.

I have always had glass screen protectors on my iPhones and loved them. This one was ok. You definitely noticed it. It did interfere with the sensitivity of my touch screen. I put a Otterbox Symmetry on my phone and the case did not interfere with the screen protector at all. My Otterbox Defender did. Before I even had the Defender on it started to push the screen protector off.

The screen protector was clear and easily installed but the screen sensitivity was lost all together. There were times that I couldn't get my phone to do anything. Had to press the screen so hard that I was afraid I was gonna break it. Have recently bought another Zagg screen protector for my s8 and love it.
