Unfortunately, 6 weeks after purchase of two of these and in-store application, the screen protective cover came off on both phones and refused to stay on. Darn! Will return both and see what happens. Otherwise liked the product really well and would recommend if turns out to be a fluke

Great way to add protection! Clear, easy to clean PROTECTOR. The saggy glass did come un-attached as I was adding my otter box cover, but went back on with little drama and since seems well attached.

This is my second purchase (new phone) of the Shield. On my previous phone I had the screen replaced at least 3 times simply by requesting a new one and returning the old one in the envelope they provide. Replacement is free, only pay for shipping.

I've used this shield before so I bought it again for this phone. I dropped my previous phone several times but with this product my phone did not crack. I dropped it so hard that the protector cracked but not the phone screen! Great protection!

When buying this, the sales people had differing views about it. One was recommending it and the other was recommending another option. It looked better than the other option so I decided to go with it and a month into it, it hasn't peeled off. Fingerprints show up though and require regular clean off.

I love the Zagg products and overall this one is great for the screen but the only issue I'm having is that the edges are tending to accumulate dust and dirt due to them not being completely sealed. I thought it might be just one part that wasn't working but in the end it's the entire circumference of the protector. I would still recommend just because Zagg is one of the best screen protectors out there.

Offers great screen protection, but I have been having some issues with it staying on my phone. Doesn't stick as well as I would of hoped. Zagg does offer replacements, so that's a plus.

The protector is more smooth than the last one I got from Zagg. I've had it for about a month now. I dripped my phone on a hard floor yesterday and the protector popped off. I was able to get it back on but had to adjust it a couple times because it wasn't aligned right. It seems like the adhesive isn't strong enough.

I have had Zagg screen protectors in the past - and they do a decent job of providing installation instructions. The problem I have with this product is that I have lost sensitivity to screen input. Especially noticeable with texting - typing characters near the edges of the screen. The protection aspect is good - but I have concerns that you have to really "pound" the keys to enter characters.

I have bought many Zagg screen protectors over the years and have never been dissatisfied. The warranty is easy to apply for and also easy to use. I did choose to have this one installed by a store associate due to the curved screen.

It looks nice and comes with lifetime warranty. The only issue is if you don’t put a phone cover in your new phone and accidentally if you drop your phone, it gets off easily.

My old phone broke because I did not have a screen protector. When I got the Samsung Galaxy S8, i knew i needed one. After reading several online reviews, I decided on Zagg. Best Buy had the cover in stock, so I bought it.

I had the glass screen protector on my last Samsung and knew it would work great. I had dropped my other phone just a couple times but it never got damaged. It makes the screen a little smudgy but it wipes off super easy.

I really like the smooth feeling of the glass and how clear it is. I do feel like it reflects a bit too much though, making it difficult to see the screen at times. Because my phone is curved, I chose this screen protector to cover the edges but it doesn't seem to stick very well. I can see dust starting to accumulate around the edges and I've only had my phone for a week.

I have been through 4 of these in 2 years. It works as advertised and likely saved screen from damage 2 or 3 times when phone dropped. However, the 1st one installed on phone when new began spider web cracking. A warranty replacement arrived with similar defect before removing from packaging. That's when I discovered customer service and communication with Zagg is horrible. A subsequent replacement arrived and the installation frame guide was off center, causing the screen protector to be installed slightly crooked. Zagg charges $9.99 for "shipping and handling" on a warranty replacement, which I'm sure more than covers their cost. Again-the product works great when it or the installation accessories aren't defective and you don't have to deal with Zagg customer service.

Screen protector has cracked, but it has protected the actual phone screen, so it's doing the job. I anticipate needing a new one sooner than later, though

This protection screen is a must have! You have to protect your $550.00 investment. You wouldn't buy a Mercedes Benz and then say no to extended warranty protection so the same rule applies to the screen protection for your phone. A little more expensive then I would like but I feel good and sleep good at night. The screen is very easy to clean and rarely needs any cleaning at all. It fits my Samsung S8 like a glove. I would definitely recommend this and would buy it again.

Two months of hard use and this thing is A-mazing! Perfectly fitted to my S8, easy to install, and tough as titanium nails! Not a single scratch or chip. A MUST have for any brand device! Awesome product!
