I bought this when the Pixel 4XL was released and it had very few reviews at the time. The screen protector cracked without being dropped and became progressively worse. Best Buy put the glass on for me, so it was covered under their warranty offer. I took it in to be fixed and within a week, I again woke up to the glass have a crack running the width of the phone. It sits on a wireless charger, so there is no reason for this to keep happening. When this one finally becomes unusable, I will be buying a different brand. I do want to say that the Best Buy staff are always friendly and great to work with.

This screen protector is way easier to apply than the other ones I've tried in the past (and the usual pesky bubbles weren't as pesky as I'm used to). It's the kind of thing I'm hoping to never actually need, but it's great to have in case of an accidental hit to the screen.

Zagg's invisible shield is absolutely wonderful. Every phone that I've purchased I have had this shield installed. Moreover by paying for having a Best Buy tech install it, if anything happens to the shield they replace it for free.

I have only had the phone for a little over a week, and have not dropped my phone -yet. To give a proper review on a protective screen, get back to me in 6 months LOL! So far it looks great, good quality.

The only good thing is the set up is easy. Easy to apply. One day I put my phone inside bag with something hard like keys. Then there is a crack on the edge. More fragile than my old 5-dollar-made-in-china crap. And fingerprint stain appears on the screen after one day use. Cant believe I spent 35 bucks on this.

This case balances great protection with ease of use. It seems to be tough enough, absorbs impact and is easy to hold with one hand because it is fairly "grippy." It doesn't add a lot of bulk, either.

Not worth the money. The first one chipped and broke within a month and was not dropped - a small chip appeared that progressed to a full length crack over a few days. I had registered for the warranty but still had to pay for shipping. It broke a second time recently but the company apparently no longer makes it so the "lifetime" warranty is void - but I can pay them for a different product. Cheaper screen protectors were easier to apply and have worked better - spend your money elsewhere.

We purchased this for our son and have had to replace ot 4 times. I dont think it has anything to do with the quality more so than his carelessness. We don't complain since the replacements are free.

Screen protector feels like glass, which is a huge deal when other cheaper protectors have that matte plastic feel. Haven't tested it's drop protection just yet, but it should help at least protect against dings.

I have never had a phone where the screen was prone to scratching before, so purchasing a screen protector was also new to me. This product was easy to install and seems to be doing the job well so far.

I bought this but there were some bubbles. The warranty was great though, they will send you a free replacement. You just em have to pay for shipping. No issues with the replacement.

Easy to put on; unfortunately the first drop caused the screen protector to crack although the phone is fine so that's a plus
