Best Buy rep was able to apply the screen quickly and with quality. The protector is already chipping slightly on a few edges without any phone drops. This is a bit concerning. My understanding is I can simply go back to Best Buy for another shield to be applied.

Bought this item for my granddaughter. We searched in several stores for this item. Most stores did not carry the item and the few that did charged twice the price. We found just what she needed and she is one happy girl.

Not a veey good protector. Supposed to be error free install but not true.Shame too for the price thought it would have been less problematic. There are better alternatives out there for that price.

Easy to apply if you follow the directions, but the screen is NOT glass, it is flexible glass which means that is stronger than your normal screen but not as good as tempered glass.

This phone takes awesome pictures. It is fast and holds a charge for a much longer than my last Samsung phone. Pretty much the same size as my last one (9+) and as slim too which is a plus. Would definitely recommend.

After one year, the top is already starting to peal. I've professionally installed these when I use to work for best buy so it was installed correctly.

I bought a screen protector and had your employees put it in for me. He did an excellent job, taking time to make sure there were no bubbles or any other issues. He was great!!

the edges peel off less worse than the other brand, however best buy will replace it receipt anytime at the store. keep your box or receipt and it's your best option

I had to purchase another phone, so I bought this case. As good as any, but better than most.

Trash! This product PERMANENTLY dents with the SLIGHTEST bump. Glass/plastic hybrid supposedly? Garbage! This is the most worthless screen protector I've had since I bought a cheap glass one for a previous phone on Amazon. That cracked if you looked at it! I'd take that back over this one any day! At least I didn't spend a ridiculous amount of money on it!!!

Instructions are not thorough. They are pictures which are not very clear and precise. Paid a lot of money for nothing since I put it on wrong due to their primitive pictographs. Also, the holes to assist you in lining up the shield itself to the installation frame are not precise. Had to stretch the shield to fit its holes over the frame's pins.

Was not hard to put on. Fits like a glove. Work well with the sensitivity of the touch screen.

finger print magnet but fingerprint scanner works as it should tryed 2 others that said would work and either didn't or you would fight it to work.

Great product for the price. Best Buy associates are happy to install for you so you can't go wrong. Very happy with my purchase.

Purchased this for my new Galaxy S21+ and could not be happier. The BestBuy employees even helped me install it on my phone.

Not as easy to put on as they claim. Appears to be strong though and the replacement if it ever is broken is what sold me.

Is very safe easy to install, but most of us prefer glass protector, but this one is safe also is compatible with the fingerprints
