My best buy team make is feel welcome i have no issues with them replacing my screen protector when broken or cracked since i have the warranty

I like it but cant really tell the difference betwen with or with out the blue shield and they never had the blue shield un stock so i only had it once and i payed for a blue one but did not get the same one everytime i go in for a new one

I purchased this phone to replace my Samsung Galaxy Note 8, which I had for 3.5 years & was losing battery life quickly. I do like that it's similar to my Note 8 in basic operations, with a much more elaborate camera system that will take me a while to figure out & familiarize myself. I do lament that a $1000 cell phone (about what I paid for it, after trade-in & weekly discount) does not come with any type of functions/operations manual. Moreover, it does not even come with a charger, which must be purchased separately for another $30 or so. Sadly, this is what one has to dole out to have such a phone. Then there is another additional charge for a fancy glass cover & a case for further protection. Thus far, the phone seems to be functioning as well as I think it's supposed to, but will be a while before I learn of all of it's features. It has a terrific screen & takes marvelous photos. I hope it lasts me for years!

Execellent quality, but directions were difficult to understand. I watched several different tutorial/review videos online until I could feel confident to put it on. Note: I had spend 10 minutes pressing out all bubbles, but it turned out great!

This is probably the best deal they havw at the store, you buy it once and as long as you keep your phone and the screen protector they will replace it no matter what right in front of you as many times as you need.

I love the protection that Zagg offers for their screen protectors. The only drawback is the glass protector breaks easily if you drop it but it does protect your phone screen. Best Buy will replace it for free if it breaks and I am happy about that.

This is the second one. The initial one wouldn't adhere to the curved sides of the screen. I had to have the in store rep install the second one. So far it is adhering.

Really like having this cover on the phone. It does effect the finger print scanner ability to work properly. Other than that I have no issues with the item and would recommend it. You can barely tell there is an additional screen on the phone

I followed the instructions. Still do not know if it is on my screen or not. If it is, then it is genuinely a magic screen protector. If not, it most probably landed in the trash.

Invisible Shields have been my go to screen protector. This one is no different. The store wanted crazy money to install it for me, but that was not needed it's not needed Because there is a template or tool in the Box that perfectly aligns it with the phone taking all guesswork out of installation show it was really great. Though I installed this on a brand new phone cleaned it thoroughly I do have one tiny Quarter inch long by 32nd of an inch wide bit of edge lifting Which can honestly happen.. I am not displeased with this at all and and if it starts to peel anymore I'll just go get a A replacement

Didnt quite align with the plastic assist case for the phone. Screen protector is slightly off kilter and doesnt go flush with the screen and I'm constantly having to push it down to make it have less bubbles.

Its a great screen protector. However be sure not to have any cracks on the screen as it will not stay on the glass.

Applied screen protector to a brand new phone, never touching the screen. Application was great, zero bubbles or peeling thus far. Finger print scar works as it should. Resoning for the 3 stars is because of price is on the high side, the screen protector has an odd reflection it is not smooth and clear, and its scratches and indents easily. Have had screen protector on for a week and you can obviously see where my finger swipes. I would nervous to put phone in pocket with other items.

I had the screen protector put on my phone by Geek Squad before I left the store. Mine currently has a scratch/dent in it, but its not on my phone screen. Glad it's doing it's job.

Sticks to phone good, doesn't look like it's going to come off, fingerprint scanner still work, however, it still does scratch pretty easy. I like that it comes with the lifetime warranty.

Purchased a S21 ultra along with a glass screen protection. As expected, the finger print reader was worthless on the glass screen protector so I decided to find this a try. Yes it was very expensive but I was told that they guarantee this screen protector for the life of the phone so if it bubbles, peels or lifts for any reason, they will replace it for free. As many screen protector I go thru over the years, having the option to get it replaced for free is a no brained. Also, the $8 install is worth it. They installed my screen protector perfectly.

Very happy with the product. Easily applied. Comes with a great warranty. Take a beating and protects my investment.

It does the job of protecting the screen. This is a duplicate of the one that was damaged while protecting the screen so it does work.
