OK, my daughter left her tablet outside during June, Florida Weather. Enough said, after a COMPLETE rainstorm, We went outside and were horrified to find the tablet FACE UP outside soaking wet. Mind you Tablet also had a bumper cover. After drying it off, this tablet is still functioning perfectly, its been a year since. I am purchasing 2 more tablets for Christmas 2016 and I am DEFINATELY getting 2 more of these Zagg protectors, bar none the best value protectors for your money!

I've done quite a few screen protectors on phones and other devices (successfully). Got this one for $15 for my daughter's new Galaxy Tab E. Carefully read the instructions, laid everything out in order, cleaned the tablet screen. The problem is you have to apply an activator to the screen protector film, and it is a pain. My first attempt resulted in bubbles and lint (lots of both) in the screen. There is a squeegee included that didn't take a single bubble out. Instructions say to press hard, but if I'd have pressed any harder, I'd have cracked the screen. Tried to carefully peel back to let the bubbles out, but it made it worse. I took it back to Best Buy and they were happy to exchange it. I gave it another try, being as careful as I could possibly be. I managed to get it on without any lint being trapped this time. But I just couldn't get it on without bubbles being trapped and the squeegee doesn't get them out. I thought they might go away with time, but they don't. Maybe there is a trick to this type of screen protector that I don't know about, but unless there is, and you know it, don't buy this kit unless you plan to have someone who knows what they are doing put it on. Just too easy to mess up for a DIY application. I'm searching for something else for the third attempt.

This is junk. Too many bubbles and cannot be repositioned. Basically $25 down the drain. Don't trust best buy with this. Do your research. This product and better ones cost half through Amazon which is where I'm ordering the replacement.
