It was not the right brand I still need a good one

it is quite difficult to install yourself, which may strongly prove i am too stupid for this sophisticated thing. ask the bestbuy stuff for help to install it for extra cost. even they cannot make it super-nicely done, they manage to make it work.

Dropped my phone from a one foot height with an otter box and this screen protector and it completely shattered. No prior damage just cracked all across the screen -_-

i bought the screen protector for my son's new iphone. 2 weeks latern while he was on a trip his phone fell from a night stand to the floor & the screen spiderwebed.... not good

I ended up throwing it away after three weeks of use because it got scratched and I couldn't remove the small particles that ended up underneath it!

The package material was HORRIBLE! It looked like it was already been opened thousands of times! RETURNED!

I did not use it because it was supposed to be clear but it was not it was yellow and it was all messed up

piece of lousy plastic could have saved my money. get the glass protector.

Not easy product to put on the phone, would not recomend

I love Zagg screen protectors. Have them on all my electronics. Their lifetime warranty is a great plus when they get worn.

I really like the screen protector. It does its job, the only thing I don't like is it doesn't cover the whole phone screen on the side. I like to have a screen protector that isn't noticeable.

I want nothing more than to get my money back on this product. I purchased this to replace a glass screen protector that did not seal around the edges. The package came with a solution you are supposed to spray onto the film. You are then supposed to stick the wet film onto your phone's screen and squeegee off the liquid. So you have to be careful not to squeegee the liquid into ports, speakers, or buttons. As is the case with adhesive screen protectors, you can spend ten minutes wiping your screen clear of dust and smudges and in the ten seconds it takes to place the film, a hair gets in there and is now trapped. And of course said hair sticks to film and cannot be removed. And then if you try to remove the film you risk leaving fingerprints behind or allowing other particles to get between the film and screen. Just a miserable installation process for something that should be simple.

Protects the front of the screen from harsh scratches

Just purchased this screen protector tonight from the local Best Buy store for $24.99 and now I'm upset to see online they're only $17+ for some reason. It was for my 12-year old daughter's phone and she busted the other one so I made her pay for this one. These are terrible. Not easy to put on. Tough to get bubbles out. Only a few hours into the evening and there's a nick in the "protector" that I can physically feel. I wish I never bought this brand. Steer clear of these and pay a WHOLE LOT less for better quality. If I didn't need it in a pinch, I would never have paid so much for this junk.

At $25 I thought it was glass. Nope. Got home to install. Read installation pamphlet. Isn't quite complete so decided to watch the video online.Went to vendors website to watch video for installation. They don't mention the hd clear. So I watched off of them. None of the videos have the "application gel adhesive primer". So figured it was like alcohol prep pad. Cleaned the new phone screen with it then wiped it off with the microfiber towel. Lined up the screen and put on with a squeegee. Got quite of few bubbles. Some came out. Some left stretch marks in the plastic screen protector. Now that I look back on my $25 mistake. It is more of an installation of window tint. Where you spray a soapy concoction. Then put on window tint with a squeegee. Don't roll down windows for 24 hours. Which if there was a video that explained how to actually install it. It would have made a big difference.Will leave it on until I get a replacement for this one.

I'm impressed with these screen protectors. Have had several on many phones and have never had to replace them. Good to know you could if needed because of the warranty.

I purchased one of these several months ago. I didn't use it at first but used another product. When i had problems with that product I decided to use this one. The first install, which was only a few days ago, didn't work out well. One edge curled up after only a few days and there was a yellow coloring to the plastic. So I utilized the lifetime guarantee and just got a replacement. I installed it today -- install was not easy because when i tried to remove the second sheet of plastic, the plastic covering the screen kept coming up -- so it had to be reattached. The product now is attached but there are yellow streaks across the screen -- on the plastic covering. Based on the difficulty of installation -- and the yellow streaks -- I would rank it only fair and would not recommend it.
