Easy to put on and great protection no finger print

I would recommend getting a BB employee to install it. The employee who did mine was very helpful and did a great job. The DIY ones are tedious and I ended up with a couple air bubbles.

I travel and am a bit hard on my electronic stuff so I needed some protection for my screen. This was a great purchase and I feel much more at ease with having it protect my screen.

I have used Zagg on phones but this is the first time I have tried it on a larger surface (In this case My MSN Surface Tablet RT) and had to remove it once and redo. There were still tiny bubbles I could not seem to remove but I know it takes an hour or two and the shrinkage takes some of them away. The next day it still seemed like too many tiny bubbles. (about ten) and so I wrote them. They responded immediately and said to go on sight and register it and if at any time I felt it wasn't working to just fill out a claim and they would replace it. Also to call them and maybe they could walk me through it better. This is a lifetime warranty so if it gets "snagged, torn" or damaged" I can have it replaced. With this kind of back up, I figure it is worth paying $5-$10 more and have a great support system. I have loved it on my phone and it is easy to wipe off and clean. For the record in a couple of days the bubbles had went down to 4 and in an area by the edge so I decided it was something I could life with and never filed a claim. If the bubbles cause a problem (loose edge, etch) I know I can have it replaced.

Protects well, yet hard to put on perfect. I suggest having the geek squad put them on.

I love having this product. it protects my screen better than anything. It's a little tricky to install but well worth it.

I won an expensive tablet at my company christmas party and i wanted to make sure it was protected from damage. This product has been great. I have no scratches, It doesnt peel up or bubble. definately woudl recommend it.

I bought this for a surface pro and I was worried about losing the clarity. No fear it looks great. Just a pain to put on but I dint put on screen protectors very often so probably just me.

So far so good I haven't had it that long. THIS is my second screen because of the difficulty to put them on. After I bought the second screen I found out later there was a warranty on the first one and may not have had to pay for the second one. NO one at best buy said anything to me not the person who put the screen on or the cashier

I constantly feel as though I need to wipe down the screen because it shows every fingerprint BUT I know if I drop my tablet, the screen won't break. If one of my grandchildren throw my tablet at someone (yes, it has happened), it protects the screen. I use them on all my electronics and really appreciate the protection.

HAD TO RETURN THESE BECAUSE BEST BUY SOLD ME THE WRONG TABLETS. NOTHING WRONG WITH THIS PRODUCT. IT WORKS WELL.

It took me a trip to 3 different Best Buy stores to find this one. The product is good, nice quality, but the installation kit is slight confusign and complicated. It requires a lot of pacience (what I dont tipycally have) and some steady hand to fit it perfectly to the screen without bubbles.

Hard to install without getting air bubbles under the screen

The bottom sheet came off easily, applied cover to Surface. Top sheet was another matter, it didn't want to let go. I held the Shield on the Surface while my 20yo son pulled the top cover off. very difficult! My guess is that we got one that had sat on the shelf a little too long.

I purchased this screen protector for my surface pro 2 because I've purchased them in the past for all my other electronics, so far I'm fairly satisfied with it, installation was a lil bit of a pain but I made it through it okay, without too many blemishes

This is a great screen cover because it is thick but still very clear. I like the cover came with a warranty and a cleaning solution with cloth
