Could not remove bubbles from screen. Did not stick.

Very hard to install must be extremely careful and work all air bubbles out.

I bought this product because I thought it would be the best screen protector out there. However there was no directions and the spray to use first didn't work at all. Finally once the protector was on, taking off the second part took the whole protection off. Awful and do not recommend!

When I initially purchased my Note, the Best Buy employee told me the screen protector would interfere with the S Pen, so I bypassed it at that time. After a few days, I decided to purchase the screen protector in spite of that advice. The price was more than I expected and it hurt to have to pay more for installation. Luckily, I know how fickle installing one of these things is, so I paid the extra money. I spent probably four hours total on three separate occasions in the Best Buy store having them install ELEVEN (yes, eleven!) shields. They finally got it done without any dust particles or air bubbles. All three of the employees who gave it a try said that the HD shields are much more difficult to install. I certainly believe them after this ordeal. I would say it is worth it to pay the extra $15 to have someone at the store install it, so that if anything is wrong, they will redo it for free. As far as how it has performed...I haven't noticed any interference with how the S Pen works over the screen. The shield will get indents on it if you press to hard on it with the S Pen or if you have a case with seams that press into it. The indents I have gotten on mine from the use of the S Pen seem to fade. I expect that the ones from my case seams will remain since my Note rarely comes out of it. All in all, I definitely think it was worth the monetary investment, but all the time I spent waiting for installation is still a little difficult to swallow.

I can't stress enough how important it is to have screen protection on expensive phones and tablets. The zagg is well worth the money and I have it on all my products that need it. I learned the hard way by not having one on a tablet for my daughter.

When I first installed this screen cover I had my reservations about it. Like any screen protector, you have to have a clean and dust free environment. The screen must be spotless and your hands have to be clean. Use the supplied liquid to wet both sides of the screen cover. If the supplied bottle is broken like some complained about, you can use water with a very small amount of soap mixed in. I found it very difficult to get all of the small air bubbles out at first, and I noticed lots of scratches on the screen from scrapping it with the small squeegee. Some edges were also stretched out from squeezing out the air too. Fortunately, this protector is unique in that it is self-healing. I did this at night and by the next morning there were no scratches and the stretched edges were straight. There were less air bubbles and the bubbles left were smaller. By that night there were no more bubbles. This screen protector can be installed by a beginner with a little patience and research. The screen looks great and you cannot even tell it is there. The s-pen glides smoothly on the screen. I cannot find one downside. To having this screen. I think the only screen protector I have seen that is better is the tempered glass screen protector by BodyGuardz, but as far as I know they do not make a cover for this tablet yet

I have been a Zagg customer for years, but only for my phones. Phones are really easy to install, so I figured this would be equally as easy. Well, not exactly. Make sure you wet your fingers with the solution, and wet both the protector and lightly mist the screen. Use the rubber squeegee to remove the excess water, moving from the center towards each edge. make sure you center the protector prior to all water being pushed out. If bubbles remain, do not hesitate to remove it, reapply the solution, and try again. I called and spoke to two separate employees at my local store to inquire if I could remove it and reapply it, with one being in Best Buy Mobile. They both said it is not possible, and that I would need to come in, purchase another protector and pay the fee for them to install it. I asked if I could return this one and they said "no", since it has been applied. Being the way I am, I tore it off, cleaned the screen with the cloth, reapplied solution to both the protector and screen, even my fingers, moved it into place, and what do you know, it is absolutely perfect!

I bought it because of the need for protection for my Samsung note 10.1 2014 edition. And the positive reviews convinced me that it was worth the $35. The best buy at one store that sold me the tablet said they would install the protective cover free. I waited two days later, and called a different best buy closer to home, and they also said they would install it for free - so I went there with my tablet.. When I go there the sales person picked it out, and asked him to install it, he said it would cost an extra $15 to do so. I mentioned about the free install at the other best buy and calling up and being told the same again at their store - after an odd explanation, he said they would install it for free. It only took about 5 minutes for him to do it. So, if you buy it at best buy be careful to call first (call more than one store if they say no), and then let them know if once you get there if they say different., At that price it should be installed for free.

I have been using zagg screen protectors for a few years now. they have never let me down. and if they should, the zagg no questions asked return policy is awesome!

I want some protection for my grandchild tablet because he drops it sometime.

This screen shield came with everything needed to install it! The instructions were easy to understand and showed you step by step how to use the enclosed "tools" to install the screen. The result is really nice; clear protection and no bubbles or foggy film residue. I'd recommend this to anyone who wants good protection for their money!

this is the best screen protector I have ever had. The sales rep put it on my tablet flawlessly.

Almost impossible to install. I read the directions 5 times and gave the installation my best and most careful try, but completely failed. There is only one screen in a pack for this price so you take a complete gamble unless you pay up for installation. Very frustrating.

Blurred up the display too much for my taste. Turned a great display to an arcade game.
