The sales rep said he would slap it on real quick. This was a gift for my wife and I did not have her cell with me. So I was very surprised when I took it to my store to have a sales rep apply it to find out that I have to take it to Geek Squad and pay $20.00 -- What a rip ! This should have been a freebie after buying her cell there also !
