Messed up before it even hit the screen! So many unnecessary steps which allow time for the protector to be damaged. Should've went with my gut and did it how i normally would rather than follow the instructions.

Terrible all around

To start, the actual protector was left on the protective film layer when I first went to apply. I had to reset the film 2-3 times before the actual protector peeled off. After that, when went to apply the protector, parts of the adhesive activation wipe began to get stuck onto the back of the shield. I was able to work this off, but it still shouldn't have happened. When applying the protector, it does not move after it touches anything, even if the surface is still wet. When I went to squeegee the protector, the larger bubbles traced and left large marks in the protector and the smaller bubbles were unable to be moved at all. Please, do not buy this product at all. It is not worth it and the website Zagg provides for their lifetime warranty does not work. Save your money.

Once I had the screen prepped, I checked the cover only to find a hair on it. I took it back to BB and exchanged it another. Prepped everything and conpleted the install. Now that the screen is lit, I can see two hairs on it. I have a buzz cut, so it definitely is NOT my hair... Won't be buying this again.
