Shield began cracking 1 day after purchase---just from my touching it! I complained to Best Buy two times, asking if it were the correct shield because it wasn't touch sensitive and kept cracking. Finally Best Buy Mobile manager said to either send it in or go to Zagg store in Tysons Corner. She said that they would then install the new one no cost for me, because the other one probably had an air-bubble in in from previous installment. I went to Zagg kiosk, and was told "we don't carry that shield"--I called ZAGG. Zagg rep was great, and told me that not only was that shield recalled/removed because it "just doesn't work" and that the cracking was similar, BUT---that the one to replace this waranteed one was cheaper and would work. I paid $20 more for this defective shield recommended by Best Buy Mobile experts, only to learn that the correct one was cheaper and would actually be touch sensitive AND not crack.

Difficult to use touch screen through glass. Cracked on the second day from one drop

I purchased this screen protector because it was the only full screen protector that was made by a name brand like Zagg, but I am very disappointed with the construction of the product. Certain "buttons" couldn't be registered when I would try to use them, making my experience with this product very disappointing.

These do an awesome job of absorbing the impact of dropped phones, but the only problem I have with them is that after a while you begin to see all the stress cracks. I guess that's better than having a cracked phone screen, but after it gets several you have to claim the warranty and get another one.

After a few days lint and fuzzy's start collecting on the edges making it slowly lift up. I needed a replacement within the first week.

This product worked well but it interfered with touch sensitivity on the Galaxy 7S, I had it removed and the sensitivity was much better.

It is easy to install and function well. With the price, it performs as expected. I would recommend to people has Samsung Galaxy 7S.

I was very excited to finally find a curved protective screen but it was disappointing that now i have to fight my phone to write something. Also, now there's debris trapped in between the protective layer and the screen since it's got a gap in between the actual screen and the layer. It is definitely a great idea but needs improvement.

I have had the glass protection on all of my phones as well as my childrens. This one cracked and chipped 3 days after purchase.

This screen protector looked awesome for about 10 seconds until i put a case on the phone. Any case that incloses the phone will work just fine but if you want a case that goes just around the sides and back this screen protector isn't for you. The case pops the screen protector off the phone making it useless.

Im not the biggest fan of this screen cover. It feels like i have to tap the screen hard to respond to my touch.

I have used several screen protectors and I find Zagg to be the best. I already dropped my phone twice in less than a month of getting my new phone and my phone is still in perfect condition.

Super easy to put on and works great. When there is an issue with breakage Zagg is really easy to deal with and no hassles. You pay the shipping and you get a new one quickly.

Zagg is always a go to for me. I have used Zagg on every phone I've had. Worth the money when it saves your screen from shattering AND you get a free replacement if it cracks.
