My phone fell once and the screen protector broke, but my phone was perfect!

Fit was not up to par, not comparable with prior products from Zagg, ultimately chose to go without the protector due to fit issues.

Zagg makes great screen protectors and I used theirs on my S5 for 2 years. But somehow with the new design of S7, the curved edges, etc. the screen protector gives a very poor tactile experience. I was doubting the quality of the phone but realized that it was the screen protector which was messing up my interactions rather than the phone itself.

This is the best glass screen protection for the Samsung Galaxy S7. I tried the glass edge to edge one 1st but it did not work on the edges when pressing on the screen. I dont have an S7 edge so maybe for the edge it will be more responsive to touch near the edges of the screen. This is the best screen protection with great response from the touch screen of the S7

This product has saved my screen numerous times. Registering it for the warranty is a good idea, too.

I purchased 2 of these for 2 phones. Applied by the customer service rep while at the store, one of them lifted and cracked 3 minutes after it was applied. On the second phone, it lifted off one end less than 1 hour after we got home and cracked the next day. And the rep applied them perfectly! Problem is: to get replacements they must each be registered online on the Zapp website. Not worth the hassle.

I purchased this item about 2 months ago and is already cracked. Its suppose to have a lifetime warranty and you can get a replacement. Currently you can't register the product because they don't have it available for replacement in their database. A product similar to it will cost you $10 plus $3.99 for shipping. My previous purchase for Samsung S5 worked great but this one is a poor design.

This item is perfect for lifetime protection. Fits real nice!

The only thing is that the glass sometimes prevents the swiping or texting on the screen

Yes, this is a very durable screen protector. Too durable. It takes away too much sensitivity from the actual phone screen to allow the phone to actually be used as intended. It's extremely frustrating trying to use the pull down menu when the screen can't detect your finger swipes. The rep that sold us the phone suggested that we download an aftermarket app to increase sensitivity, which had marginal effectiveness and shouldn't have been necessary.

Zagg is good at what they do. I like the glass protector much better then plastic.

The Protector is very thick and durable. It matches my phone and very stylish.

I got the phone as a gift for my mother in law.. She loves it. Easy to use..

The shield kept popping off, even after having it pressed onto the phone using a book over night.

So Far so good. Not long enough to compketly review this product...

I'm so thankful that's it's curved its a little too brittle though
