Haven't had it long enough to know the durability but the installation is difficult. Doesn't curve at the sides top tabs are not perforated for removal. This is terrible. MONEY BACK PLEASE

Zagg has recently turned to this plastic film and away from tempered glass. The screen protector does well to stop scratches and scuff marks but has little protection for drops

Easy to install. Good protection for screen. Reasonably priced. Happy with the quality.

I was skeptical that any glass protector would stay on my S20 curved sides (I was burned a little on my S8 because of this). Film is therefore the way to go. The hone came with a pre-installed protector, but I new it would scratch up in no time, and was being lifted on the edges by my new Spigen case. I was contemplating trying to trim down whatever I ended up putting on, but knew it would likely not work. When I first put this on, it started being lifted like the OEM one. From past experience, however, I knew that films (especially self-healing ones) have a little give/stretch in them. I started to carefully push the edges inward slightly until they were clear of the case edge. It worked! This SP does have a very smooth, glass-like surface. It is also completely dust- and bubble-free, but installation is NOT that easy. I suspect my own positive results are due to the experience and care I relied on during installation. Nevertheless, it is a quality product, and the price is therefore not that outlandish.

I had the best buy rep place it on for me to get the warranty. It looked fairly easy to apply. It saved my screen a few times already for when I forgot I placed my keys in the same pocket as my phone. Only dislike is I can see it peeling after awhile when if O take the case on and off, but Im sure that an issue w most protectors.

Its a good screen protector. It does what it should. Had this phone and the screen protector for a while now and my phone doesnt have any scratches.

Quality is good. I have used the the invisible shield protector on other phones and iPads and they do good for protecting From scratches and damage to your original screen. I do recommend! But paying $20 + is a rip off.

Easy to hook ip and start. Crew was couteous, and efficient. Stabilizer not used because crew could not drill holes in finished floor. This may be a problem if child tips stove.

Works good and protects my screen. Once in awhile it seems to randomly have a bubble at the edge but then it goes away when I apply pressure.

I got my screen guard changed from original version from some random shop, it did not worked, was sticky, biomteric or finger print never worked, had trouble for 2 weeks to use password for each and every apps. Then I got this from best buy and got installed by expert from best buy, its working great and happy to use it as it was in original version. Highly recommended for S20 users, not sure about other models, please check with best buy guest service

Instructions could be better. Lots of little bubbles. Can't get rid of them.

Instructions could be clearer - but after getting them figured out it fits very well. It is case friendly.

I made a mistake when purchasing, thinking it was the typical glass shield. It isn't. This is a flexible, polymer screen protector. Not what I was expecting, but figured I would give it a try anyways. I haven't had any drops yet to test effectiveness, but it feels good under my fingers and doesn't affect usability at all. I would probably get the glass shield next time, but so far this is keeping my screen safe.

Very expensive for a protective screen that scratched up the first week it was installed. I've purchased protectors that were less expensive that were more scratch resistant.

Finger print smudging is really bad and finger nail scratching is imminent but that's probably better than on your phone's screen. For the price it's just an average protector.
