You would need to buy an extra protection for your iPad, the keyboard it is working fine.

A friend recommended the Zagg - Folio Slim Keyboard Case For Apple® Ipad® Air 2 when she saw me struggling with the "award winning" keyboard case I bought back in the summer. Well, it must have been a design award, because it looked great but failed to perform. The Zagg is far superior, performed as expected, and looks good, too.

The keyboard portion of this case, and the keyboard itself work perfectly, The portion of the detachable case that covers the iPad itself is very thin, flimsy, and subject to breaking. I keep this case inside of another protective case and it has still cracked within a couple of months. Disappointing, to say the least, for such an expensive case.

No hassle when buying. Went right in told them what I needed and was out the door in 15 minutes. Great service and great product

Case is lightweight and easy to carry. Easy to detach keyboard or fold over.

I have used Zagg products in the past and have always liked them. This was not the case with this product. It would not fold properly and was extremely cheap. I took it back and bought another keyboard that was more expensive, but well worth it.

I always get the screen protector because it makes it easier to clean and protects the screen from scratches.

Only 3 months after purchasing this case, the cheap plastic was cracked in 2 places. Very disapointed because the actual keyboard is top quality. Since they go together and you can't replace the top half, I wasted a lot of money on something that should have been made better.

My wife absolutely loves her case; says that it is what makes the iPad much more useful.

Returned this keyboard, did not like the keys and seemed cheaply made for the price.

Great protective case for my IPad. This is the second ZAGG case I've purchased. The first one did a great job of protecting my IPad after dropping it on the floor more than once. Slimmer than the previous case. I would definitely buy again.
