The keyboard side is too light to stay on table surface. The little pull out prop is too flimsy to support the tablet side. Good concept just top heavy.

I like this Bluetooth keyboard and case. It holds the LG tablet 7" very well. Good key stroke layout.

This is a really good keyboard/protective case combo. Doesn't add much bulk, protects the screen when carrying, and makes it easy to use the tablet as a mini-computer.

This is a good Bluetooth keyboard that attempts to be a case as well but the case ends up being too big for the 7" Galaxy Tab 4 and causes it to easily slide around and out when traveling with the tablet inside of it

The Zagg Wireless Keyboard ($79.99) was not compatible with my son's Samsung Galaxy tablet. We had selected the keyboard based on the advice of a sales rep. I contacted Zagg (they were great) and the replacement was not compatible either. After following Best Buys advice of a replacement from Zagg, I went to Best Buy to return the keyboard. Because I followed Best Buys advice of the replacement from Zagg, I was over Best Buys 15 day rule of returns. With trying for a refund, I had paid cash and the nighttime manager was not authorized to give me my money back. I work during the day and it is difficult to see the daytime manager. I contacted Best Buy Corporate offices (10 emails later) and they advised me to call them, which I did. There was a 15 minute wait for an agent. More time wasted on this. The email replies from the corporate offices apologized for the incident but they offered no resolution. I had asked (twice) for the contact information of the VP of Customer Service and they never provided it to me. I will find it very difficult to buy anything from Best Buy pending the outcome of what should be a simple return. Best Buys return policy and customer service needs a great deal of improvement. Good customer service would offer our money back and some type of compensation for the time and trouble on this. I sure hope I hear from Best Buys Corporate office very soon.

This was a perfect fit for my girls. They love it!

I don't like it cause my 7 inch tablet slides every where and we tried the next size up and it would not even fit in it really unsatisfied
