This movie was a lot of fun for my whole family. It was a clever and original story. Great cgi and makeup effects for its time too.

Bought it on Blu Ray to upgrade from DVD. Excellent picture quality & sound. Worth buying. Almost as good as it's prequel Jumanji.

It's pretty much a replica of Jumanji, but without Robin Williams. I still recommend it as a fun diversion for the kids.

With busy times we try to purchase movies that we can watch as a family. Good movie to spend time together with.

Starting out with a board game but the kids found themselves on a grand adventure. The kids were good actors, young Josh Hutchison was cute, special effect was good. nice movie for both adults and kids

This movie reminds me of Jumanji. I haven't seen anything similar in years. A great space adventure for the kids.

Star Wars Meets Frequency really sums it up. Space and a brother meeting his younger self through time travel. The space creatures are simple but effective. Will have you on the edge of your seat.

While Jumanji has the incredible performance of Robin Williams (RIP), Zathura is nothing to sneeze at and holds its own as a fun family film for all ages. Highly recommend the Blu-ray.

Good family movie from the Jumanji story line, except it take you to outer space. Good moral story line.

Think Jumanji but in outer space. This movie is a classic that I have been looking for for years. It is now in high def with a digital copy. Highly recommend this movie for all ages

This movie is very similar to Jumanji but the board game is a space game instead of a jungle game.

I enjoyed this somewhat sequel to Jumanji. It was very funny and you never knew what was going to happen next. It also had a great message for kids. It comes highly recommended.

Zathura is one of those movies that was ahead of its time and yet was period correct. A movie for those of us who always had a certain aptitude for the strange and different.

A very entertaining family film. The blu-ray has good extras (commentary, featurettes, etc.) and also includes an Ultraviolet Digital Copy (that was a pleasant surprise for me!)

It's similar to the previous blu ray release but does contain a few extra bonus features in relation to the Goosebumps movie. The picture and sound couldn't be much better.
