Seemed like a good purchase but after using for about 2 months looks like filter needs to be replaced.

I should have believed the other reviews I read. The filter needs to be replaced very soon and the water has an awful taste.

It seemed like a great buy, but the pitcher arrived cracked and I never heard back about receiving a replacement. I wasted money on a broken product.

    Excellent Water Filtration Pitcher

I ordered this product and when it arrived, the pitcher was cracked inside the box. I don't think it was due to shipping, as there was plenty of packaging inside the box to keep it cushioned safely. I returned the first and received a replacement that was in perfect condition. It was very easy to set up--no need to soak the water filter like other brands. The water tastes delicious--I don't think I've ever had a water filter in the past that tastes this good. And this pitcher size fits easily into the refrigerator and doesn't take up too much space on the counter.

The positive of this product is it does produce great clean water and I would recommend it. I couldn't leave it a full 5 stars just because I agree also with some of the other reviews that the pitcher could be designed better, especially the lid. But overall great product.

I felt poisoned, like a horror movie

The good news is that this product showed its true colors within Best Buy's return window and I was able to return it on the last day of the return policy. It does come with a tester that proves what a disaster buying this product was. The number on the tester did read zero on the filtered water when it first came out of the box. For the sake of comparison, the tester read my tap water at around 325. The water had a plastic taste to it that went away after the first day. Fine. Would've given that 5 stars. Then one morning 2 weeks later I got up super early in the AM to hydrate myself and the dog. Thankfully I tried the water first but I swallowed the most sour, disgusting water I've ever had. I read about the lemony taste some people complained about when the filter expires, I would have preferred drinking sour lemon water than this. It went straight to my stomach in a PAINFUL way, then I fought back the urge to vomit for 10 minutes while I tested the water. The level of contaminants WAS OVER 900, almost triple what was in the tap. I realized that the soup I was slow cooking with that tainted water smelled ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING and I had to dump the entire batch. This was a morbid experience I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. None of what I'm saying is hyperbole. This product should not be sold anywhere. I don't understand how it gets such good ratings because nothing could prepare me for the horror I went through drinking what tasted and felt like poisoned water. AVOID ZEROWATER AT ALL COSTS.
