I’m having a hard time to get it to work for me. I am more familiar with a my DSLR gimbel. which also happens to be a different brand so might just take some getting use to and playing with it for awhile. Have read the manual that comes with it front to back a couple of times. Have tried to find a video tutorial, or even I random video of it being used. In a way where I can figure out what the problem is. Really not a fan of there site or there app like I said tho it might just need some getting use to. But as of right now would not be interested in anything from this brand even if it was free Has only been a headache.

It works pretty well for stabilization but the Chinese app is very glitchy and poorly designed. The video output gave me a green screen half the time and the on screen controls were anything but intuitive. Very poor quality software design.

I love how it's easy to set up. I was ready to go in no time. Only downside that I can think of is, it's case. I have to adjust the arm to fit in the case and adjust again when I use it.

Your Corona crew was great and brought our rush urgent camera devices to the parking lot...we did not have to leave our car. Very helpful in a tough time.

This gimbal is a good value for the money. I use it at a kid’s sporting event 4 times a week, the videos are very steady

I bought this thinking it would be more useful than it is. I dont use it as much as I thought I would. I bought it to go with my GoPro 6, and the image stabilization is so good, I dont really need a gimble

It does exactly as advertised. I needed to watch a couple youtube videos to make sure I was using it right but there was a lot of info online about it. Great prodect.

I feel like it's a waste of money as it only fits the smaller phones. I upgraded to the max size and it doesn't hold in place.

It took a moment to figure out. You don’t need the companion app. Once it lies you can use the normal camera app in an iphone

I liked the concept of the product, but I didn’t have success each time. Many times the phone lifted up partially or a function did not work such as the control stick. It wasn’t intuitive in some of the controls. You are required to use GPS the entire time you record, too. On some videos, the sound was off a second and could not be used. All video recordings are stored in the app, not the phone device.

It does its job, but you cant sync it up with your default camera you have to use it’s own app. Also the app camera quality is not great so you lose that

Combination between the smooth Q and note 9 is amazing! Gimbal does have some issues balancing it under quick action but a walk in a park will be fine.

I'm using this gimbal to make my personal ans institutional's videos. It's helping a lot to have good videos, specially, because I can use the App on my phone.

This is a good great product and I would recommend for anyone that looking to get some Smooth footage without breaking the bank

I bought this to shoot videos for work. A small learning curve and after some tweaking it works fine.

Awesome for recording kids events. No more arm going numb, and it really does a nice job holding the phone steady. No shaking observed. Highly recommend.

This seems like an awesome accessory for a GoPro but it takes some effort to learn to use it. The problem could be in part from the instructions being in a foreign language rather than English.

I have had it for over a week and I am still learning how to use it. But what I have learned is it is awesome. Love the time lapse features .

Purchased as a gift for the White Elephant game since all my friends are constantly playing with their phones. A great gift. They loved it.
